[摘 要] 高質(zhì)量發(fā)展是我國高職教育未來發(fā)展的基本方向,高等職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量保障是一個(gè)復(fù)雜且系統(tǒng)的工程。質(zhì)量預(yù)警是整個(gè)教育質(zhì)量保障系統(tǒng)中的關(guān)鍵要素,也是關(guān)系著整個(gè)教育質(zhì)量能否及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題得到提升的重要環(huán)節(jié)。根據(jù)專家打分法獲得數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析法提取主成分、篩選指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了高職院校教育質(zhì)量預(yù)警評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,為高職教育質(zhì)量預(yù)警機(jī)制的研究奠定了基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract: High-quality development is the basic direction of the future development of China's higher vocational education. Quality assurance of higher vocational education is a complex and systematic project. Quality early warning is the key element in the whole education quality assurance system, and it is also an important link related to whether the whole education quality can find out the problems in time and be improved. According to the data obtained by the expert scoring method, the principal components were extracted by the factor analysis method, and the indexes were screened. The system of education quality early warning evaluation index in higher vocational colleges was established, which laid a foundation for the research on the quality early warning mechanism of higher vocational education.

我國高等職業(yè)教育歷經(jīng)二十余年的大規(guī)模快速發(fā)展階段后,已經(jīng)步入重點(diǎn)關(guān)注質(zhì)量發(fā)展階段,由注重規(guī)模建設(shè)轉(zhuǎn)向內(nèi)涵發(fā)展軌道,提升并保障教育質(zhì)量成為我國高等職業(yè)教育發(fā)展的主題。目前,我國已經(jīng)建立起較為完善的高等職業(yè)教育質(zhì)量管理體系,而教育質(zhì)量監(jiān)控體系及其預(yù)警機(jī)制的建設(shè)卻存在一定的滯后,因此高職院校教育質(zhì)量預(yù)警機(jī)制的研究有其理論價(jià)值和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。高職院校教育質(zhì)量預(yù)警系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)建既可以跟蹤監(jiān)測教育質(zhì)量的發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài),還可以根據(jù)所獲得的數(shù)據(jù)及時(shí)評價(jià)各種狀態(tài)下教育質(zhì)量偏離預(yù)警線的強(qiáng)弱程度,準(zhǔn)確地向教育部門或高職院校發(fā)出預(yù)警信號使其提前采取預(yù)控對策。本文根據(jù)專家打分法獲得數(shù)據(jù),采用因子分析法提取主成分、篩選指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了高職院校教育質(zhì)量預(yù)警評價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。
