摘? ?要:文章以解決交通安全為主線,研究汽車AI大數據技術在保險領域的應用,結合AI、物聯網、大數據及區塊鏈,通過總結和對比國內外智能駕駛輔助技術在解決交通問題的方法時,發現智能管理輔助系統(Advanced Driver Assistance System,ADAS)能夠大幅度地降低車禍。通過ADAS傳感器采集數據、可信計算,能夠將數據真實地刻畫到每個用戶的駕駛行為,基于區塊鏈不可篡改的數據賬本,將數據應用到保險應用,通過主動干預的方式降低理賠率。同時,通過保險的市場激勵方式,讓高風險用戶承擔高的保費支出,讓低風險用戶享受保費的折扣,實現社會整體交通風險的下降。

1 引言
交通安全已經成為全球城市化的共識問題,交通死亡率居高不下,隨著大數據、云計算、區塊鏈、人工智能、移動互聯等新一代信息技術的發展和應用,保險業發展與信息技術變革正在發生共振,將保險業帶入一個更廣闊的全新發展領域,人工智能、無人駕駛技術等新興科技被視為人類繼蒸汽機時代、電器時代和信息時代之后的第四次工業革命。中國也是目前這次工業革命的重要試驗場。科技的發展極大地改進了保險生態環境,改良了保險行業的痛點,改變了保險行業的傳統使命??萍几淖儽kU,保險改變生活。智能駕駛和保險區塊鏈的結合將會降低車禍,保證人民生命安全,最終為保險數字經濟化的轉型提供解決路徑。
