摘要:從用戶角度出發(fā),客觀測(cè)量閑置物品交易微信小程序的可用性水平,并基于此提出改善意見,以期提升該類小程序的用戶體驗(yàn)。選取18名在校大學(xué)生作為被試進(jìn)行用戶績(jī)效測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn),探討比較“拍拍”、“轉(zhuǎn)轉(zhuǎn)”微信小程序的有效性、效率和滿意度。界面布局方面:分類導(dǎo)航入口信息劃分不合理;頂部分類標(biāo)簽與底部搜索標(biāo)簽重復(fù)。界面視覺方面:界面設(shè)計(jì)元素較多,留白較少,沒有足夠的呼吸空間;界面圖標(biāo)過于擬物化加之大面積背景顏色,削落了界面整體視覺感。界面交互方面:發(fā)布界面信息反饋、錯(cuò)誤提示并不明顯與及時(shí)。通過改變界面信息顯示、界面布局,增加留白,增加錯(cuò)誤顯示內(nèi)容。

Abstract: From the user's point of view, objectively measure the usability level ofWeChat small program for idle items trading and propose improvement suggestionsbased on this, in order to improve the user experience of such small programsEighteen college students were selected as subjects to conduct user performancetest experiments , and the effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction of the 'pat'and 'transfer' WeChat applets were discussed. Interface layout: The classificationnavigation entry information is unreasonable; the top classification label is duplicatedwith the bottom search label. Interface visual aspects: more interface designelements, less white space, not enough breathing space; interface icons are tooartificial and combined with large area background color, cutting off the overallvisual sense of the interface. Interface interaction Publishing interface informationfeedback, error prompts are not obvious and timely. By changing the interfaceinformation display and interface layout, increase the white space and increase theerror display content.

引言
隨著人們消費(fèi)觀念的轉(zhuǎn)變與消費(fèi)結(jié)構(gòu)的升級(jí),閑置物品交易需求逐漸被廣大用戶接受,此外,微信小程序自上線以來(lái)以其“即下即用,用完即走”的理念備受各界關(guān)注,閑置物品交易借助微信小程序在微信生態(tài)中煥發(fā)生機(jī),進(jìn)而助推了閑置物品交易市場(chǎng)的成熟發(fā)展。但閑置物品交易微信小程序的功能是否真正滿足用戶需求,其界面可用性水平等直接影響用戶對(duì)其使用的體驗(yàn)與接收度方面研究尚少。鑒于此,本文采用實(shí)驗(yàn)法探討比較兩種閑置物品交易類小程序的有效性、效率和滿意度,同時(shí)根據(jù)用戶自身實(shí)際體驗(yàn)總結(jié)閑置物品交易小程序存在的可用性問題,以此提升該類小程序的用戶體驗(yàn)?!?br>
