摘要 [目的]開展高粱泡扦插繁殖試驗。[方法]采用正交試驗設計方法,以植物生長調節劑、扦插基質、插穗類型和處理時間為影響因子,開展高粱泡扦插繁殖試驗。[結果]植物生長調節劑處理高粱泡插穗,插穗生根率、平均根數、平均根長、生根質量均明顯高于清水對照組。萘乙酸(NAA)處理對高粱泡插穗生根率具有明顯的促進作用。插穗類型對高粱泡生根率、平均根數、生根質量的影響最大,而扦插基質對高粱泡平均根長的影響最大。從總的生根質量來看,當插穗類型為頂芽莖段、扦插基質為菜園土、萘乙酸(NAA)濃度為300? mg/L、處理時間為2 h時,高粱泡無性繁殖的生根效果最好。[結論]該研究為高粱泡種苗提供了一種高效的繁殖方法。

Abstract [Objective]To carry out the experiment of Rubus lambertianus Ser. cutting propagation.[Method]Orthogonal experiment design method was adopted to carry out the experiment of R.lambertianus cutting propagation with plant hormone, cutting matrix, cutting type and treatment time as the influencing factors.[Result]Rooting rate, average root number, average root length and rooting quality ofR.lambertianus cuttings treated with plant hormones were significantly higher than those of the control group.NAA treatment significantly promoted rooting rate of R.lambertianus cuttings.The rooting rate, average rooting number and rooting quality of R.lambertianus were significantly affected by the type of cuttings, while the rooting substrate had the largest impact on the average rooting length of R.lambertianus.In terms of the total rooting quality, when the cutting type was the terminal bud stem segment, the cutting substrate was vegetable soil, the NAA concentration was 300? mg/L, and the treatment time was 2 h, the rooting effect of R.lambertianus asexual propagation was the best.[Conclusion]This study provides an efficient propagation method for rapid propagation of R.lambertianus seedlings.

高粱泡(Rubus lambertianus Ser.)為半落葉藤狀灌木[1],花白,果熟時為紅色,花果期長,產于河南、湖北、湖南、安徽、江西、江蘇、浙江、福建、臺灣、廣東、廣西、云南等地。生于低海拔山坡、山谷或路旁灌木叢中陰濕處或林緣及草坪中,野生資源在福建儲量較多[2]。果熟后可食用及釀酒;根葉供藥用,有清熱散瘀、止血之效;種子藥用,也可榨油作發油用[3]。其紅果艷麗別致,葉基呈心形,具有很強的耐受性和適應性,易生長繁殖。可栽植在林蔭、綠化帶、假山石等陰濕處,具有較高的觀賞價值[4-5],是垂直綠化的最佳樹種選擇[6]。
近年來,由于社會的快速發展,對高粱泡的需求量越來越大,現有的野生高粱泡植物儲量已經無法滿足園林種植、藥材產業和農副產品加工業的需要。……
