第二屆進博會重慶與多家跨國企業(yè)簽署20余個貿(mào)易和投資合作協(xié)議

11月5日至10日，第二屆中國國際進口博覽會在上海舉行。重慶市政府在進博會期間舉行了“重慶投資貿(mào)易合作懇談會”。懇談會吸引了30余家世界500強及行業(yè)領(lǐng)先的跨國企業(yè)、外國機構(gòu)組織、重要商協(xié)會參加。思愛普、沃爾瑪、德國博世、法國達能、韓國SK等多家公司與重慶簽署了20余個貿(mào)易和投資合作協(xié)議，涉及先進制造、科技創(chuàng)新、商務(wù)服務(wù)、現(xiàn)代物流、食品等領(lǐng)域。

2019中國（重慶）第二屆長江上游城市花博會在渝舉行

11月1日至7日 ，2019中國（重慶）第二屆長江上游城市花卉藝術(shù)博覽會在江北嘴中央商務(wù)區(qū)舉行。本屆城市花博會以“城市花園”為總體概念，設(shè)置“祝福祖國”“致敬未來”“美好城市”“花樣生活”四大主題、十大展園，展示園藝、城市、自然與人類的和諧相融，彰顯重慶“山水之城、美麗之地”的城市獨特魅力。其中，不僅有來自瑞士、美國、荷蘭、德國等國的知名花卉企業(yè)聯(lián)手呈現(xiàn)上百種世界珍特花卉，更有世界公認的十大景觀設(shè)計大師之一的瑪莎·施瓦茨設(shè)計打造的“火鍋花園”，花園的設(shè)計中并沒有采用一朵鮮花，而是以國際前沿的園林景觀藝術(shù)手法，讓“重慶火鍋”與“景觀魔法”相結(jié)合，展現(xiàn)食材與人的美妙關(guān)系。

重慶江北國際機場新航季每周航班總量6400班

10月27日起，重慶江北國際機場開始執(zhí)行2019年冬航季航班計劃，每周投入的航班總量將達6400班。國內(nèi)航線方面，新增到北京大興、張家口、岳陽等地的航班。國際航線方面，新增到曼德勒、仰光、亞的斯亞貝巴、哈恩等國際通航點，恢復(fù)斯里蘭卡航線，同時加密澳門、東京、大阪等客運航班頻次。下一步，重慶江北國際機場有望開通至匈牙利布達佩斯、老撾萬象和瑯勃拉邦、日本沖繩等多條國際航線，方便旅客出行。

歐洲軟件公司達索系統(tǒng)在渝設(shè)智能制造創(chuàng)新中心

10月24日，由歐洲第一大軟件公司企業(yè)達索系統(tǒng)成立的“達索系統(tǒng)（重慶）智能制造創(chuàng)新中心”在重慶兩江新區(qū)揭牌。這也是達索系統(tǒng)在中國首個與政府合作的公共創(chuàng)新服務(wù)平臺。該創(chuàng)新中心計劃將從汽車行業(yè)開始，圍繞“一個平臺和六個中心”，即3D體驗智能制造平臺，以及涵蓋體驗交流、公共創(chuàng)新實驗、仿真驗證、智能制造培訓(xùn)、工業(yè)大數(shù)據(jù)、創(chuàng)新孵化等功能的中心，助推重慶本土工業(yè)企業(yè)的創(chuàng)新和智能化進程。

重慶過境免簽從72小時延長至144小時

10月23日，國家移民管理局消息，經(jīng)國務(wù)院批準，浙江、重慶、四川、陜西4地現(xiàn)行過境免辦簽證政策將進行優(yōu)化，延長重慶、西安航空口岸的免辦簽證停留時間，將浙江寧波航空口岸增設(shè)為江浙滬地區(qū)免辦簽證政策實施口岸，擴大成都航空口岸的免辦簽證停留區(qū)域。其中，重慶航空口岸過境免辦簽證停留時間從原來的72小時延長至144小時。延長過境免簽政策將為外國人來渝旅游觀光、商務(wù)洽談、探親訪友等短期活動提供更多便利，促進重慶進一步完善航線布局，帶動旅游業(yè)發(fā)展，吸引更多國際客流和中轉(zhuǎn)客流。

美國江森自控公司與重慶簽署戰(zhàn)略合作備忘錄

10月22日，美國江森自控公司與重慶簽署戰(zhàn)略合作備忘錄，雙方將進一步展開合作。江森自控公司是全球多元化技術(shù)和工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者，總部位于美國威斯康辛州的密爾沃基市，為世界150多個國家或地區(qū)的客戶服務(wù)。該公司將發(fā)揮自身技術(shù)優(yōu)勢，加強與重慶溝通交流，推動與重慶大學(xué)合作設(shè)立創(chuàng)新中心，并在智慧城市、綠色智慧辦公、區(qū)域制冷、智慧醫(yī)院、老舊城區(qū)改造等領(lǐng)域與重慶市開展全面合作。

重慶前三季度實現(xiàn)GDP16073.56億元，進出口總值逾4100億

10月22日，市政府新聞辦消息，2019年重慶前三季度實現(xiàn)地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值16073.56億元，按可比價格計算，同比增長6.3%。分產(chǎn)業(yè)看，第一產(chǎn)業(yè)實現(xiàn)增加值1029.88億元，增長3.4%；第二產(chǎn)業(yè)實現(xiàn)增加值6312.55億元，增長6.5%；第三產(chǎn)業(yè)實現(xiàn)增加值8731.13億元，增長6.4%。整體而言，全市經(jīng)濟穩(wěn)中有進，符合預(yù)期。

10月21日，重慶海關(guān)消息，今年前三季度，重慶進出口總值4138.2億元人民幣，同比增長12.3%，高于同期全國2.8%的整體進出口增幅。

22家俄羅斯企業(yè)來渝尋合作機遇

10月16日，俄羅斯聯(lián)邦政府駐中國商務(wù)代表處代表及來自俄羅斯的22家企業(yè)，來渝參加中俄（重慶）兩江經(jīng)貿(mào)合作對接會。22家俄羅斯食品、藥品及進出口企業(yè)分別進行了路演推薦，尋找合作商。對接會推動了重慶兩江新區(qū)與俄羅斯之間的經(jīng)貿(mào)往來，為重慶企業(yè)進一步開拓俄羅斯市場打下基礎(chǔ)。

保稅港區(qū)1—9月跨境電商交易額突破23億元

10月15日，兩江新區(qū)消息，兩路寸灘保稅港區(qū)“保稅+服務(wù)貿(mào)易”板塊表現(xiàn)亮眼，今年1—9月跨境電商交易額已突破23億元。其中，跨境電商進口業(yè)務(wù)實現(xiàn)交易額20.65億元，出口業(yè)務(wù)實現(xiàn)交易額2.57億元。依托兩江新區(qū)、重慶自貿(mào)試驗區(qū)及中新（重慶）示范項目等平臺優(yōu)勢，保稅港區(qū)已成功引進跨境電商平臺企業(yè)32家。

重慶跨境人民幣業(yè)務(wù)年結(jié)算近千億元

人民銀行重慶營業(yè)管理部消息，2019年是全國跨境貿(mào)易人民幣結(jié)算試點啟動暨人民幣跨境使用10周年。10年來，重慶跨境人民幣業(yè)務(wù)實現(xiàn)跨越式發(fā)展，促進了貿(mào)易投資便利化，積極助推重慶內(nèi)陸開放高地建設(shè)。數(shù)據(jù)顯示，全市跨境人民幣實際收付結(jié)算量由2010年的不足10億元躍升到2018年的923.1億元，年均增速達81.9%。目前，累計結(jié)算量超過8640億元，居全國第十一位、中西部第二位。人民幣已成為重慶除美元外的第二大涉外收支貨幣。

Chongqing Signed More than 20 Trade and Investment Cooperation Agreements with Multinational Enterprises at the 2nd CIIE

From November 5 to 10, the 2ndChina International Import Expo was held in Shanghai. Chongqing Investment and Trade Cooperation Symposium, hosted by Chongqing Municipal People’s Government, was held during the Expo. The symposium attracted more than 30 Fortune Global 500 companies, industry-leading enterprises, foreign agencies and organizations, as well as important business associations and chambers of commerce. During the event, companies such as SAP, Wal-Mart, Bosch, Danone and SK signed more than 20 trade and investment cooperation agreements with Chongqing, covering advanced manufacturing, scientific and technological innovation, business services, modern logistics, food and other fields.

2019 Upper Yangtze River City Flower Art Expo Held in Chongqing

From November 1 to 7, 2019 Upper Yangtze River City Flower Art Expo was held in the Jiangbeizui Central Business District. Taking "city garden" as the overall concept, the expo sets up four major themes of "blessing the motherland", "tribute to the future", "beautiful city" and "beautiful life" and ten exhibition gardens to show the harmonious integration of gardening, city, nature and human beings, depicting a sample of beautiful city life and highlighting the unique charm of Chongqing as “A Land of Natural Beauty, A City with Cultural Appeal".

Among them are hundreds of precious and rare flowers jointly presented by famous florists from Switzerland, the United States, the Netherlands, Germany and other countries, and also the “Hot Pot Garden” designed by Martha Schwartz, one of the world's ten most recognized landscape designers. Instead of using a single flower in the design of the garden, Schwartz combined “Chongqing hot pot” with “l(fā)andscape magic" by using world’s cutting-edge landscape art technique to showcase the magical relationship between food ingredients and people .

Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport Offers 6400 Flights Weekly for the New Season

October 27 marks the beginning of the 2019 Winter Season for Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport, which offers a total of 6,400 flights per week. Domestically, routes to Beijing Daxing, Zhangjiakou, Yueyang and other places have been newly opened. For its international routes, destinations including Mandalay, Yangon, Addis Ababa and Hahn have been added, flights to Sri Lanka has been resumed and flight frequency to Macao, Tokyo and Osaka have been increased. The airport is expected to open a number of new international routes connecting to Budapest in Hungary, Laos and Luang Prabang in Vientiane, Okinawa in Japan, etc. and enable more convenient travels for the people.

European Software Company Dassault Systemes S.A. Sets up Smart Manufacturing Innovation Center in Chongqing

On October 24, the Dassault Systemes (Chongqing) Smart Manufacturing Innovation Center, set up by Europe's largest software company Dassault Systemes, was inaugurated in Liangjiang New Area of Chongqing. This is also the first public innovation service platform for Dassault Systemes to cooperate with the government in China. Starting from the automobile industry, the innovation center plans to focus on "one platform and six centers", that is, the 3D EXPERIENCE intelligent manufacturing platform, as well as the centers covering the functions of experience and communication, public innovation experiments, simulation verification, intelligent manufacturing training, industrial big data, innovation incubation, etc., to advance the innovation and intelligent process of Chongqing's local industrial enterprises.

Visa-free Transit in Chongqing Extended from 72 Hours to 144 Hours

On October 23, according the State Administration of Immigration, with the approval of the State Council, the current visa-free transit policies in Zhejiang, Chongqing, Sichuan and Shaanxi would be optimized by extending the visa-free stay time at Chongqing and Xi 'an air ports, adding Ningbo air port in Zhejiang as a visa-free port in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai regions, and expanding the visa-free stay area at Chengdu air port. Among them, the visa-free stay at Chongqing Air Port was extended from 72 hours to 144 hours. The extension of the visa-free transit policy will provide more convenience for foreigners to come to Chongqing for sightseeing, business talks, visiting relatives and friends and other short-term activities, promote Chongqing to further improve the route layout, drive the development of tourism, and attract more international and transit passengers.

US Company Johnson Controls Signs Memorandum of Strategic Cooperation with Chongqing

On October 22, US company Johnson Controls signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation with Chongqing, and the two sides will further enhance cooperation. Johnson Controls is a global leader in diversified technologies and industries, headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA, serving customers in more than 150 countries or regions in the world. The company will give full play to its technical advantages, strengthen communication with Chongqing, promote cooperation with Chongqing University to set up an innovation center, and carry out all-round cooperation with the city in the fields of smart city, green and smart office, regional cooling, smart hospital and renovation of old urban areas.

Chongqing Reported RMB 1607.356 Billion GDP and RMB 410 Billion Trade for First Three Quarters

On October 22, Chongqing Municipal Information Office reported that Chongqing's GDP in the first three quarters of 2019 reached 1607.356 billion yuan, up 6.3% year on year at comparable prices. By industry, the added value of the primary industry registered 102.988 billion yuan, up by 3.4%, the added value of the secondary industry reached 631.255 billion yuan, an increase of 6.5%, and the added value of the tertiary industry reached 873.113 billion yuan, up by 6.4%. On the whole, the city's economy is running steadily and acts in line with expectations. On October 21, Chongqing Customs reported that in the first three quarters of this year, Chongqing's total import and export value was 413.82 billion yuan, up by 12.3% year-on-year, higher than the 2.8% national import and export growth in the same period.

22 Russian Enterprises Seek Cooperation Opportunities in Chongqing

On October 16, the business representative office of Russian Federation in China and 22 enterprises from Russia came to Chongqing to participate the China-Russia (Chongqing) Liangjiang New Area B2B Meeting for Economic and Trade Cooperation. The 22 Russian from the food, drug and import and export sectors put on roadshows to seek partners during the event. The meeting promoted economic and trade exchanges between Liangjiang New Area and Russia and laid a foundation for Chongqing enterprises to further develop the Russian market.

Chongqing Bonded Port Area Reports Cross-border E-commerce Transaction RMB 2.3 Billion from January to September

On October 15, Liangjiang New Area reported that the "Bonded+ Service Trade" of Lianglu-Cuntan Free Port Area has been eye-catching for its 2.3 billion yuan crossborder e-commerce transaction volume from January to September this year. Of that, the cross-border e-commerce import business realized a turnover of 2.065 billion yuan and the export business saw a turnover of 257 million yuan. Harnessing opportunities offered by major platforms including Liangjiang New Area, China (Chongqing) Pilot Free Trade Zone and China-Singapore (Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity, Chongqing bounded port area has successfully introduced 32 cross-border e-commerce platform enterprises.

Chongqing's Cross-border RMB Business Settles Nearly 100 Billion Yuan a Year

According to Chongqing Branch of the People’s Bank of China,2019 marks the 10th anniversary of the launch of the pilot RMB settlement of cross-border trade and cross-border use of RMB. Over the past 10 years, Chongqing's crossborder RMB business has achieved leapfrog development, facilitated trade and investment and actively promoted the construction of Chongqing as an opening-up high land in inland China. Data show that the actual amount of crossborder RMB receipts and payments in the city jumped from less than 1 billion yuan in 2010 to 92.31 billion yuan in 2018, with an average annual growth rate of 81.9%. At present, the accumulated settlement amount exceeds 864 billion yuan, ranking 11th in the country and second in the central and western regions. RMB has become Chongqing's second largest currency for reign-related payments after US dollars.
