9 月30 日，“我和我的祖國，一刻也不能分割……”的歌聲，在三萬英尺的高空中響起。歌聲來自重慶航空公司CZ8096（OQ2096）新加坡—重慶的航班。乘客們臉上貼著五星紅旗貼紙，手中揮舞五星紅旗，慶祝新中國70 華誕。這場別開生面的航班活動，由帶班乘務組長熊英牽頭組織。

和乘客一起過五四青年節

作為重慶航空空中乘務部團總支副書記，熊英已經組織了多次類似的趣味十足的主題團日活動。

今年五四青年節當天，熊英和機組成員比平時提前了兩小時在機場集合，進行唯一一次集中排練。還有兩小時，他們就要在航班上開展一場青年節主題團日活動，其中最重要的環節是由乘務員教乘客們跳手指舞《中國贊》。

一開始熊英很忐忑，因為機組成員平時都是各自根據視頻自學，練得怎么樣心里實在沒底。但首次彩排結果讓熊英喜出望外，盡管在配合上還差點默契，但從熟練度來看，每個乘務員私下都練得很認真。

彩排兩遍以后，乘務員們就開始緊張的執機工作，忙碌之余還抓緊用貼紙將飛機布置了一番。飛機進入平飛階段，乘務員開始引導乘客互動，一起跳手指舞， 機上氛圍逐漸被推向高潮。一位七十多歲的女士特別激動地告訴熊英：“這是我坐過的最有趣的航班，你們讓我想起了我的青年時代，每年青年節，單位都會組織各種文藝活動。這是我第一次在飛機上參與活動，以后我坐飛機，一定首選你們重慶航空?！?/p>

除了在航班上和乘客一起做活動，空中乘務部平時還會組織不少有趣的主題團日活動，六一兒童節的時候，熊英和同事們還設計了一次特別的親子活動。七名空乘人員帶著自己的孩子， 讓他們在模擬倉中體驗了一回空乘工作，既滿足了孩子們的好奇心，也讓孩子們體會到父母的辛苦。很多同事私下找到熊英，希望多舉辦這樣的活動。

組織活動有技巧

當然，在重慶航空的空中服務部，主題團日活動可不光是唱唱跳跳。結合實際工作學習新技能，才是核心的內容。比如，結合主題團日活動和乘務員的培訓，組織團員們參與航空醫學處置CPR（心肺復蘇術）演練活動。

隨著重慶航空國際航班越來越多，乘客咨詢的問題也越來越五花八門。面對這些情況，熊英和同事們在設計主題團日活動時，就會盡可能選擇與國際航空服務有交叉的部門聯手，學習了解更多的相關知識。

不久前，與海關共同舉辦的主題團日活動就讓乘務員學到了很多。以往靠死記硬背記下條條框框來應對乘客，而現在面對乘客的詢問，可以解釋得更加清晰到位。

熊英舉了個例子：“以前我們在國際航班中，都會提醒旅客不要將月餅等食品帶下飛機，通過這次交流，我才知道，原來是因為月餅餡中的蛋類等成分含有檢疫風險。以前我只知道，生燕窩不可以帶回國內，交流學習之后我才知道，燕窩不論生熟，都不能帶回國內。”

團日活動有干貨

在重慶航空，空中乘務部每次舉辦主題團日活動 ，報名人數都會遠遠超過征集人數。說到這里，熊英不免有些得意：“年輕人都有同樣的心態，那就是希望自己能迅速成長，所以我們在策劃每一次活動時，都有一個宗旨，一定要與工作息息相關，要讓參與者通過活動學習到干貨。”

這些干貨不僅能用到工作中，也可以用到生活中去。熊英的一位同事，此前光知道榴蓮不能帶上客艙，卻不知道在有些航空公司連托運也不行。結果她去西雙版納旅行，好心為同事們帶了十箱榴蓮，在辦理托運時才發現榴蓮上不了飛機。在與海關聯合舉辦團日活動后，飛機托運榴蓮等物品的規則也在參與者們的分享中，讓更多人受益。

主題團日活動的參與者越來越多，也對熊英等團干部提出了更高的要求?，F在每次策劃，熊英都會和團干部一起把各自資源羅列出來，反復探討，盡力讓參與者們能夠從中獲得更新更多更有用的知識。

Celebrating May 4th Youth Day with Passengers

Xiong Ying, the Deputy Secretary of the League General Branch of Air Crew Department of Chongqing Airlines, has organized several similar fun-filled team construction activities.

Xiong Ying and the other crew members gathered at the airport two hours earlier than usual for the only centralized rehearsal on May 4th Youth Day this year. They would hold a Team Construction Activity of May 4th Youth Day on the flight two hours later, the most important part of the activity would be the teaching of the Finger Dance "Praise of China" to passengers by the flight attendants.

Xiong Ying was very perturbed at the beginning, because the crew members usually studied the dance on videos, and he didn't know how their performance will be. Xiong Ying was overjoyed by the performance of the first rehearsal. Although they were not tacit enough, it was clear that every flight attendant had practiced hard in private from the level of their proficiency.

After two rehearsals, the flight attendants began to work on the plane, and they also used stickers to decorate the plane during their busy work. As the plane entered the horizontal flight stage, the flight attendants began to guide passengers to interact and dance Finger Dance together, and the atmosphere on board was gradually pushed to a climax. A woman in her seventies told Xiong Ying excitedly: "This is the most interesting flight I have ever flown. You remind me of my youth. Every year on Youth Day, our unit will organize various cultural and artistic activities. This is my first time to participate in such activities on an airplane. I will definitely choose Chongqing Airlines as my first choice in the future".

In addition to interacting with passengers on the flight, the flight crew department also organized a number of interesting team construction activities. Xiong Ying and his colleagues also designed a special parentchild activity on Children's Day. The seven flight attendants took their children with them to experience a flight attendant job in a simulation cabin, which not only satisfied the children's curiosity, but also let the children realize their parents' hard work. Many colleagues have suggested Xiong Ying to hold more such activities privately.

Skills in Organizing Activities

Of course, in the Air Services Department of Chongqing Airlines, the team construction activity day is more than just singing and dancing. The core is to learn new skills in combination with practical work. For example, organize flight attendants to participate in the exercise of aviation medical rescue CPR by combining the team construction activity with the training of flight attendants.

With more and more international flights of Chongqing Airlines, the questions from passengers are becoming more and more diverse. Faced with these situations, Xiong Ying and his colleagues will, when designing the team construction activities, try their best to choose the departments related to international air services to learn more about the relevant knowledge.

Lately, flight attendants learned a lot from the team construction activity jointly held with Custom. In the past, they used to deal with problems from passengers by memorizing rules and regulations. Now they can explain more clearly when passengers ask them questions.

Xiong Ying cited an example: "In the past, we would warn passengers on international flights not to take food such as moon cakes off the plane. Through this exchange activity, I learned that it was because the eggs and other ingredients in the moon cakes' fillings contained quarantine risks. In the past, I only knew that the raw cubilose could not be brought back to China. Only after studying and exchanging activity did I know that no matter how raw or cooked it was, cubilose could not be brought back to China. "

Knowledge Learned from Team Construction Activity

In Chongqing Airlines, every time the Air Crew Department holds a team construction activity, the number of applicants will far exceed the number of recruiters. Speaking of which, Xiong Ying was pleased: "Young people all have the same mentality, that is, they want to grow up quickly, so there is one purpose when we plan every activity, namely the activity must be closely related to the work, and let participants learn the actual knowledge through the activity."

These knowledge can be used not only in work, but also in daily life. In the past, one of Xiong Ying's colleagues only knew that durians could not be brought into the cabin, but she did not know that durians could not be checked in some airlines. As a result, when she went to Xishuangbanna for a trip, she brought ten boxes of durians for her colleagues, but she found that durians could not be brought on the plane when she checked them. After the team construction activity jointly held with the Custom, the rules for consignment of durian and other items by air were also shared among participants, benefiting more people.

More and more participants participated in the activities, which poses higher requirements for Xiong Ying and other team members. Now, in the planning, Xiaong Ying and his members will list their own resources respectively, repeatedly discuss, and try their best to let the participants get more updated and useful knowledge from the activity.
