基于移動化安全監察管理新模式

摘? 要：國家對電力建設投入了更大的力度，促進其飛速發展。對于電力企業來說，移動化、信息化已成為其發展的主要趨勢，同時也是在新經濟形勢下的重要發展機遇。所謂移動化，簡而言之就是在移動通信網絡和移動互絡網的基礎上構建綜合通信平臺，從而吸收利用更多的信息資源，在安全監察管理工作中加入多媒體、語音等服務功能，開發基于移動化的電力企業安全監察管理新模式。文章對此進行深入的探討和分析，結合電力企業內、外部環境和影響因素，提出可靠的建議措施，為我國電力企業的發展和電力事業的進步，提供重要的支持和幫助。

Abstract：The state has invested more efforts in electric power construction and promoted its rapid development. For power enterprises， mobility or informatization has become the main trend of its development， as well as an important development opportunity in the new economic situation. The so-called mobility， in short， is to build an integrated communication platform on the basis of mobile communication networks and mobile interactive networks， so as to absorb and utilize more information resources， and add multimedia， voice and other service functions to the security supervision and management work. To develop a new mode of safety supervision and management in electric power enterprises based on mobility. This paper makes an in-depth discussion and analysis， and based on the internal and external environment and influencing factors of electric power enterprises， puts forward reliable suggestions and measures， which are to provide important support and help for the development of electric power enterprises and the progress of electric power industry in our country.

科學技術的迅猛發展徹底改變了社會經濟環境和生產方式，特別是信息技術的廣泛應用，信息化已成為當今社會經濟發展建設的主要趨勢之一。在電力企業的安全監察管理工作中，運用信息化手段不僅對提高管理質量和效率具有重要意義，對增強電力企業的核心競爭力，在越來越激烈的市場競爭中占據優勢地位也具有極為重要的作用。目前，移動信息化以及移動網絡的出現，打破了空間因素對社會經濟發展的限制，實現了隨時隨地通信功能。在此基礎上，也為移動式辦公管理的實現提供了可能性。在電力企業中，探索和實踐基于移動化的安全監察管理模式，提高管理的智能化水平，同時實現遠程和分布式三維管理體系，能夠有效提高電力企業的管理質量和效率，增強企業核心競爭力，對促進企業的規范化及樹立良好的品牌形象，都具有積極的作用。……
