丁硼乳膏在牙齒正畸固定矯正中對(duì)牙齦炎患者牙齦指數(shù)、菌斑指數(shù)與齦溝出血指數(shù)的影響

[摘要]目的：分析丁硼乳膏在牙齒正畸固定矯正中對(duì)牙齦炎患者牙齦指數(shù)、菌斑指數(shù)與齦溝出血指數(shù)的影響。方法：選取筆者醫(yī)院2015年10月-2018年6月收治的100例在牙齒正畸固定矯正中出現(xiàn)牙齦炎患者的臨床資料進(jìn)行分析，隨機(jī)分為兩組。對(duì)照組采用一般性普通牙膏刷牙治療，觀察組采用丁硼乳膏刷牙治療，分析兩組患者治療后的臨床療效。結(jié)果：觀察組：顯效25例，有效21例，總有效率92.00%;對(duì)照組：顯效15例，有效14例，總有效率58.00%，兩組患者總有效率比較有顯著性差異（P<0.05）。兩組患者治療前前列腺素E2（PGE2）、白細(xì)胞介素-1β（IL-1β）水平組間比較，差異不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），治療后，觀察組PGE2、IL-1β水平低于對(duì)照組，有顯著性差異（P<0.05）。兩組患者治療前牙齦指數(shù)、菌斑指數(shù)、齦溝出血指數(shù)組間比較，差異不具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05），治療2周、4周后，觀察組牙齦指數(shù)、菌斑指數(shù)、齦溝出血指數(shù)低于對(duì)照組（P<0.05）。觀察組總滿意率96.00%，對(duì)照組為84.00%，兩組患者外觀總滿意率比較，有顯著性差異（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：丁硼乳膏治療在牙齒正畸固定矯正中出現(xiàn)的牙齦炎療效顯著，能夠有效抑制患者口腔中的細(xì)菌增加，提高患者對(duì)外觀的滿意度。

Abstract： Objective ?To analyze the effect of boron cream on gingivitis patients gingival index plaque index and gingival sulcus bleeding index in orthodontic treatment. Methods ?The clinical data of 100 patients with gingivitis in orthodontic and fixed orthodontic treatment in our hospital from October 2015 to June 2018 were selected for analysis. The patients were divided into two groups： the control group was treated with general toothpaste and the observation group was treated with butylboron cream. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment was analyzed. Results The total effective rate was 92.00%.Control group 15 cases effective 14 cases， the total effective rate of 58.00%. Comparison of total effective rate between the two groups （P<0.05）.Comparison of pretreatment prostaglandin E2（PGE2） and interleukin-1 （IL-1） levels between the two groups was not statistically significant （P>0.05）.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in gingival index plaque index gingival sulcus bleeding index before treatment （P>0.05）. At 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment， the gingival index plaque index gingival sulcus bleeding index of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P<0.05）.The observation group was satisfied with 35 cases and 13 cases， with a total satisfaction of 96.00%.The control group was satisfied with 28 cases and 14 cases， with a total satisfaction of 84.00%.Comparison of overall appearance satisfaction between the two groups （P<0.05）. Conclusion ?Boron cream has a significant effect in treating gingivitis in orthodontic treatment， which can effectively inhibit the increase of bacteria in patients' oral cavity and improve patients' satisfaction with the appearance.
