IPSe.maxPress全瓷冠在前牙美容修復中的臨床應用

[摘要]目的：探討IPS e.max Press全瓷冠對前牙美容修復患者的臨床療效。方法：選擇2016年3月-2018年7月在筆者醫院口腔科就診的要求前牙美容修復的27例患者，共修復76顆前牙，患者均接受IPS e.max Press第三代鑄瓷全冠修復，分別評價修復后3個月、6個月以及12個月修復體解剖形態、邊緣完整性、表面和顏色等臨床指標。結果：修復后3個月、6個月以及12個月，修復體完整度、邊緣合適性以及修復體表面光滑度評價均為A級;牙齦健康狀況、顏色匹配、牙齒敏感癥狀評價90%以上均為A級。結論：IPS e.max Press全瓷冠對前牙修復具有著良好的美容效果，修復后可獲得滿意的近期療效，是前牙美學修復患者理想的修復方式。

Abstract： Objective To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of IPS e.max Press all-ceramic crown on anterior teeth. Methods ?27 patients with anterior teeth cosmetic restoration were selected from March 2016 to July 2018 in our stomatology department. A total of 76 dental units were restored. All patients received IPS e. max Press third generation cast-ceramic crowns.The clinical indexes such as anatomical shape，edge integrity，surface and color of the restorations were evaluated 3 months， 6 months and 12 months after restoration. Results Three months after restoration， six months after restoration and 12 months after restoration， the evaluation of restoration integrity，marginal suitability and surface smoothness were all grade A，and more than 90% of the evaluation of gingival health，color matching and dental sensitive symptoms were grade A. Conclusion ?IPS e.max Press all-ceramic crown has a good cosmetic effect on anterior teeth. After restoration， satisfactory short-term effect can be obtained. It is an ideal restoration method for patients with anterior teeth aesthetic restoration.?

全瓷修復體由于其具有著極佳的生物相容性、自身優良的耐腐蝕性以及抗耐磨性等，加之其具有美觀、顏色以及層次感好等優點，滿足了口腔臨床美容患者的需求，已成為21世紀牙科修復發展的趨勢[1-2]。但是，由于傳統的陶瓷脆性、抵抗張強度以及高收縮率等缺點，限制了傳統陶瓷在臨床口腔修復中的應用[3]。IPS e.max Press熱壓鑄二硅酸鋰玻璃陶瓷是Ivoclar公司推出的新型修復材料，該系列在IPS Empress Ⅱ的基礎上性能得到了大幅度改善，具有很高的強度以及更豐富的色系，在臨床獲得了廣泛關注[4-5]。本研究探討分析IPS e.max Press全瓷冠對前牙美容修復患者的臨床療效，現將結果報道如下。
