摘要:近年來我國城市化進程不斷加快,人們對各項城市基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的要求也越來越高,橋梁數(shù)量隨之增加。梁拱組合橋把梁橋和拱橋的優(yōu)勢合二為一,對軟土危害較小,已被廣泛應(yīng)用于城市建設(shè)。現(xiàn)如今梁拱組合橋的跨度也在不斷增加。隨著新材料的發(fā)展,梁拱組合橋梁的設(shè)計越來越受到人們的重視,變得更輕、更多。對于梁拱組合來說,上部結(jié)構(gòu)的性能對它的穩(wěn)定性有很大的影響。
Abstract: In recent years, China's urbanization process has been accelerating, people's requirements for urban infrastructure construction are higher, and the number of bridges is increasing. The combination of beam and arch bridge has the advantages of beam bridge and arch bridge. It is less harmful to soft soil and has been widely used in urban construction. Nowadays, the span of the beam arch bridge is also increasing. With the development of new materials, the design of beam-arch composite bridges has received more attention from people, becoming lighter and more. For a beam-arch combination, the performance of the superstructure has a large impact on its stability.

1? 工程案例
某橋梁1345.45m,起訖里程DK11+014.98~DK12+365.95。工程中樁基礎(chǔ)總量為3134,樁基中樁長最大達到80m,直徑最大為1.8m;棧橋橋墩最高為383m,橋梁為a (63.4+136+63.4)m預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)梁拱組合橋,為單殼體雙室梁體。橋中段拱肋由鋼管混凝土組成,跨度達136m,高度為37.3m,跨度比1:50。主拱肋也屬于鋼筋混凝土結(jié)構(gòu),它包括2個拱肋(直徑100mm)和帶壁拱環(huán)(16mm)。鋼管混凝土啞鈴形切口之間的距離為3.0m,主拱肋高3.0m。
2? 連續(xù)梁拱組合橋梁上部施工技術(shù)
2.1 施工準(zhǔn)備
進行橋梁施工前,必須進行充分的準(zhǔn)備工作。該橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)施工準(zhǔn)備工作有如下幾項:①按照總體施工組織設(shè)計,首先查驗所有原材料的進場合格證,然后按規(guī)定對所有原材料進行自檢或外委檢測,確保材料規(guī)格、質(zhì)量等各項指標(biāo)符合設(shè)計及規(guī)范要求。②根據(jù)設(shè)計圖紙核查橋梁地質(zhì)、周邊環(huán)境、地形地貌等要素,與設(shè)計出入較大影響施工工序和質(zhì)量的因素及時與設(shè)計及建設(shè)單位溝通,進行變更或優(yōu)化。……
