市政排水工程施工質量問題探討

摘? 要：近年來，在經濟社會不斷發展的背景下，我國市政排水工程的施工數量逐步遞增，與此同時，人民群眾對于排水的需要和要求也在不斷提升，所以必須要進一步提高市政排水施工質量，進而促進城市基礎設施的更好建設。文章首先分析了現階段排水工程施工存在的問題，而后針對問題提出了具有針對性的對策，希望通過文章的分析能夠促進市政排水工程施工的更好發展。

Abstract： In recent years， in the context of continuous economic and social development， the number of municipal drainage projects in China is gradually increasing. At the same time， the needs and requirements of the people for drainage are also increasing. Therefore， it is necessary to further improve the quality of municipal drainage construction， and then promote the better construction of urban infrastructure. This paper first analyzes the problems existing in the construction of drainage engineering at the present stage， and then puts forward some countermeasures to solve the problems， in the hope that the analysis of the paper can promote the better development of municipal drainage engineering construction.

眾所周知，市政排水工程是城市基礎設施建設項目，為人民群眾的生產生活提供一定的保障，城市的正常運轉也需要其支撐，更為深遠的意義還在于其能夠推動城市經濟的穩定持續發展。但僅就現階段的發展來看，我國的市政排水工程施工還存在這樣或那樣的質量問題，這些問題的存在必然會影響廣大人民群眾的生產生活，阻礙經濟社會的發展，如果長此以往，造成的嚴重后果難以想象。對于此問題必須引起重視，我們要正視問題，分析問題，進而解決問題，使排水工程的質量達到標準要求，人民群眾的生活質量更高，經濟社會的發展更快更好！

1 排水系統施工質量存在的主要問題

1.1 技術水平不達標

現階段，城市排水工程施工單位也隨著工程數量的不斷增多而增多，市場的競爭也是日趨激烈。在這種情況下，有的施工單位為了爭取施工機會，在材料和技術上來縮減成本，這就大大增加了施工的不安全系數，施工質量可想而知，不僅會影響人民群眾的生產生活，甚至還可能造成人員傷亡，可見技術水平不達標所帶來后果的嚴重性。……
