不同煙區煙葉外觀質量與其感官評吸質量的關系分析

摘 要：為了明確烤煙煙葉外觀品質與其評吸質量的關系，對2015年全國14個省的144份烤煙煙葉樣品進行了外觀品質和感官評吸質量的鑒定，并對所得數據進行了相關分析和逐步回歸分析。結果表明，不同煙區所產煙葉的外觀質量指標與其感官評吸質量關系有較大的差異。西南煙區，煙葉油分是烤煙感官評吸質量的最大影響因素;東南及長江中下游煙區煙葉油分是烤煙感官評吸質量的最大影響因素，成熟度是第2大影響因素;黃淮及東北煙區，煙葉的柔韌度、葉面組織特征是烤煙感官評吸質量的最大影響因素;身份是第2大影響因素。初步認為，在不同煙區可以通過不同外觀質量指標來篩選感官質量較好的煙葉原料，西南煙區以油分為主要參考指標，東南及長江中下游煙區以油分和成熟度為主要參考指標，黃淮及東北煙區以柔韌度、葉面組織特征以及身份為主要參考指標。

Study on the Relationship between Appearance Quality and Sensory Smoking Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco in Different Tobacco Areas

Abstract：In order to clarify the relationship between appearance quality and smoking quality of flue-cured tobacco，appearance quality and sensory smoking quality of 144 flue-cured tobacco samples from 14 provinces were evaluated in 2015.The data was analyzed by correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis.The results showed that the appearance quality index and sensory smoking quality of tobacco samples in different tobacco growing areas were quite different.In the tobacco growing areas of Southwest China，the content of oil is the most important factor affecting tobacco sensory smoking quality.In the tobacco growing areas of Southeast China and the Middle and Lower Reaches of the Yangtze river，tobacco oil content is the most important factor affecting tobacco sensory smoking quality;Grade of maturity of tobacco leaves is the second influencing factor.In the tobacco growing areas of Huanghuai and Northeast China，tobacco leaf flexibility and leaf tissue characteristics are the most important factors affecting tobacco sensory smoking quality，and identity of tobacco leaves is the second factor.Preliminary results showed that in different tobacco growing areas tobacco raw materials with better sensory quality could be screened by different appearance quality indexes.In the tobacco growing areas of Southwest China，tobacco oil is the main reference index; In the tobacco growing areas of Southeast China and the Middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze river，tobacco oil and the grade of maturity are the main reference index;Flexibility，leaf tissue characteristics and identity of tobacco leaves were the main reference indicators in Huanghuai and Northeast tobacco growing areas.

煙葉作為卷煙工業原料，對其進行各方面的質量評價是判定煙葉質量的基礎。已有的研究表明，外觀質量在一定程度上可反映出煙葉的內在品質[1-2]，而感官質量是檢測煙葉內在質量的主要方法[3]，煙葉的外觀質量與其感官評吸質量存在著較強的關聯性[4]。外觀質量可在一定程度上預測煙葉的感官評吸質量，進而初步判定出煙葉質量，這將有助于提高卷煙工業原料的初步篩選效率。……
