摘 要:為篩選出有效防治水稻穗頸瘟的藥劑,以感病品種糯稻99-25為試驗對象,在黃海農場二生產區進行不同藥劑防治水稻穗頸瘟的田間試驗。結果表明,施藥后各藥劑均未對水稻產生明顯藥害。25%吡唑醚菌酯SC900ml/hm2對水稻穗頸瘟防效最高,為83.25%;75%三環唑WP防效其次,為80.17%。因此,25%吡唑醚菌酯SC能有效防治水稻穗頸瘟的發生,可在水稻生產上推廣使用。

Field Control Effect of Several Fungicides Against Rice Panicle Blast

Abstract:The study aims to screen out efficient fungicides for controlling rice panicleblast.With? Glutinous Rice 99-25 as tested material,the field controlling test with different fungicides was carried out in second production area,Huanghai farm.No obvious phytotoxicity was observed after bactericide application. 25% Pyraclostrobin SC 900ml/hm2 showed the best control efficacy and reached 83.25%,followed by the 75% tricyclazole WP and control efficacy was 80.17%.25% Pyraclostrobin SC is the effective fungicide to control rice panicle blast and can be popularized for filed control.

稻瘟病俗稱稻熱病、火燒瘟、叩頭瘟、吊頸瘟,是水稻世界性的重要病害,在我國它同紋枯病、白葉枯病被列為水稻3大病害。稻瘟病在水稻整個生育階段皆可發生,具有為害時間長、侵染部位多和癥狀多樣等特點。稻瘟病一旦發生,常造成慘重損失,一般發病時導致水稻減產10%~20%,嚴重發病時產量損失可達40%~50%,甚至顆粒無收[1-2]。目前,防治稻瘟病發生的主要措施仍是以選育抗病品種為基礎,農業防治為主。選擇高效藥劑、適期用藥是防治水稻穗頸瘟最有效措施。為有效控制穗頸瘟的發生,黃海分公司植保站進行了幾種殺菌劑對水稻穗頸瘟的防治效果田間試驗。
1 材料與方法
1.1 供試藥劑 75%三環唑可濕性粉劑,江蘇三山農藥有限公司,市售;20%稻瘟酰胺懸浮劑,江蘇長青生物科技有限公司,廠家提供;75%肟菌·戊唑醇水分散粒劑,德國拜耳作物科學公司,市售;35%氟唑·嘧菌酯微囊懸浮劑,南通聯農佳田作物科技有限公司,市……
