門冬氨酸鳥氨酸聯合乳果糖治療肝性腦病患者的效果觀察

【摘要】 目的：觀察門冬氨酸鳥氨酸聯合乳果糖治療肝性腦病（patients encephalopathy，HE）患者的臨床效果。方法：72例HE患者根據數字表法隨機分為兩組，兩組入院后均予以綜合措施治療，對照組（36例）在此基礎上加用門冬氨酸鳥氨酸治療，觀察組（36例）在對照組基礎上加用乳果糖治療，兩組患者均連續治療14 d。比較兩組患者治療總有效率，檢測兩組患者治療前后谷丙轉氨酶（ALT）、總膽紅素（TBIL）及血氨等表達水平變化，采用數字連接試驗（NCT）與數字符號試驗（DST）評估兩組患者治療前后認知功能狀態。結果：觀察組患者治療總有效率（88.89%）明顯高于對照組（66.67%），差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;兩組患者治療前ALT、TBIL及血氨水平比較差異無統計學意義（P>0.05），兩組患者治療后ALT、TBIL及血氨水平明顯降低（P<0.05），且觀察組治療后低于對照組（P<0.05）;兩組患者治療前NCT時間、DST評分比較差異無統計學意義（P>0.05），兩組患者治療后NCT時間明顯縮短，DST評分明顯升高（P<0.05），且觀察組治療后優于對照組 （P<0.05）。結論：門冬氨酸鳥氨酸聯合乳果糖治療HE患者療效顯著，不但可改善肝功能和降低血氨水平，還可改善患者認知功能。

Clinical Observation of Nmda Ornithine Combined with Lactulose on the Treatment of Patients with Hepatic Encephalopathy/SONG Fangmin，LI Dan，WANG Liang.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2019，17（19）：-18

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Nmda Ornithine combined with Lactulose on the treatment of patients with hepatic encephalopathy （HE）.

Method：A total of 72 HE patients were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method，both groups were treated with comprehensive measures after admission，the control group（36 cases） was treated with Nmda ornithine on this basis，and the observation group（36 cases） was treated with lactulose on the basis of the control group，both groups were treated for 14 days.The total effective rate of the two groups were compared，and the expression levels of ALT，TBIL and serum ammonia before and after treatment were detected.The cognitive function status of the two groups before and after treatment were evaluated by number connection test（NCT） and digital symbol test（DST）.Result：The total effective rate in the observation group was 88.89%，significantly higher than 66.67% in the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference about ALT，TBIL and serum ammonia levels between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05），and ALT，TBIL and serum ammonia levels of the two groups significantly decreased after treatment（P<0.05），and the observation group after treatment decreased more obvious than that of the control group（P<0.05）.There was no significant difference about NCT time and DST score between the two groups before treatment（P>0.05）.After treatment，the NCT time of the two groups was significantly shortened（P<0.05），and the DST score significantly increased（P<0.05）.The observation group after treatment was more significantly shortened and increased than that of the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of Nmda Ornithine combined with Lactulose for HE patients has a significant curative effect，which can not only improve the liver function and reduce the blood ammonia level，but also improve the cognitive function of patients.
