紅河復烤梗提升機運行故障分析

摘 要：為提高紅河復烤梗提升機的運行穩定性，降低人力維修的勞動強度和成本，本文對紅河復烤梗提升機的設備現狀、交班統計以及故障等進行了調查分析。經過充分研究，筆者確定了優化結構的方向，對炸裂的耙釘進行修復并設計新的結構，總結梗提升機的皮帶更換維修方法，為維修同類型的設備提供借鑒。

Failure Analysis of Honghe Double-baked Stem Lifting Machine

Abstract： In order to improve the operational stability of the Honghe double-baked stem hoist and reduce the labor intensity and cost of manpower maintenance， this paper investigates and analyzes the equipment status， shift statistics and faults of the Honghe double-baked stem hoist. After thorough research， the author determined the direction of optimizing the structure， repaired the broken nails and designed a new structure， summed up the belt replacement maintenance method of the sling hoist， and provided reference for the maintenance of the same type of equipment.

隨著煙草行業大集團、大品牌發展格局逐漸形成，國內外競爭日益加劇，卷煙企業對卷煙產品品質均質化越來越重視。我國復烤企業必須順應行業發展的趨勢[1，2]，著力增強打葉復烤裝備技術水平和工藝實現能力，全面提升加工產品質量，為卷煙品牌創新發展提供有力的原料保障[3]。人們在設備管理方面提出了更高的具體要求，以提升設備保障水平[4]。當前，復烤企業要以熱風潤葉、打葉風分、葉片復烤三大工序為核心，做好整線加工設備的點檢巡查與維護保養，減少因機械、電氣或堵料等造成的故障停機，保持設備良好作業性能，提高生產加工連續性。

自建成投產以來，紅河復烤設備已經歷經20余年，與近年來陸續完成技改的一些國內復烤企業相比，設備相對陳舊落后。近年來，二線梗烤機的梗提升機頻發故障，一直困擾著紅河卷煙廠，為維護打葉線不停機，該企業投入大量人力去進行人工裝梗，維護設備運行。……
