國際形勢風云激蕩，世界正經(jīng)歷百年未有之大變局。

面對不斷蔓延的保護主義和逆全球化風潮，面對何去何從的重大抉擇，中國以負責任大國的有力擔當，推動共建“一帶一路”高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，推動全球治理體系朝著更加公正合理的方向發(fā)展，成為世界亂象中的中流砥柱。

堅持方向引領(lǐng)，推動構(gòu)建人類命運共同體——秉持共商共建共享原則，倡導多邊主義，推動各方各施所長、各盡所能，通過雙邊合作、三方合作、多邊合作，聚沙成塔、積水成淵。

堅持理念引領(lǐng)，推動世界實現(xiàn)共同發(fā)展——共建“一帶一路”創(chuàng)造性地開出全球互聯(lián)互通這一藥方，順應(yīng)全球治理體系變革的時代要求，順應(yīng)各國人民過上更好日子的強烈愿望，有力地推動經(jīng)濟全球化朝著開放、包容、普惠、均衡、共贏的方向發(fā)展。

堅持認知引領(lǐng)，推動不同文明交流互鑒——“一帶一路”沿線各國社會制度多樣、宗教多元，經(jīng)濟發(fā)展模式和發(fā)展理念各異，新形勢下推動共建“一帶一路”高質(zhì)量發(fā)展，用對話交流代替沖突對抗，用互學互鑒推動共同發(fā)展，真正做到“五色交輝，相得益彰；八音合奏，終和且平”。

共建“一帶一路”，打開了一扇建設(shè)美好世界的大門，讓更多國家和地區(qū)走進來，共同走出一條互利共贏的康莊大道。

Amid the growing unrest and volatility， our world is experiencing profound changes unseen in a century.

In face of the constant resurfacing of protectionism and antiglobalization， and the significant choice of which way will China choose， China， a responsible major country， has been endeavoring to advance the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and make the global governance system more just and equitable. In a highly uncertain world， China has become an important source of stability.

With the guidance role of direction in mind， China has championed the establishment of a community with a shared future for humanity —By sticking to the principles of extensive consultation， joint contribution and shared benefits， and acting in the spirit of multilateralism， China encouraged all parties to give full play to their strengths， through bilateral， trilateral and multilateral cooperation， in a bid to achieve constant progress with concerted effort.

With the guidance role of concept in mind， China has promoted the common development worldwide. Bearing in mind the requirements of global governance system in the era and the good wishes of global people to live a better life， China put forward the innovative solution of global connectivity under the framework of co-building the Belt and Road Initiative which will play an instrumental role in steering the economic globalization toward greater openness， inclusiveness， balanced growth and win-win outcomes for all.

With the guidance role of perception in mind， China has encouraged exchange and mutual learning between different cultures — Countries along the Belt and Road have different social systems， religions， economic development models and concepts. In order to promote the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative under the new situation， we should replace conflict and confrontation with dialogue and exchange， and promote common development through mutual learning， so as to truly achieve that “different colors bring out the best in each other and the ensemble of musical notes makes for the song of harmony”.

Co-building the Belt and Road opens a door to the endeavor of creating a better world and brings more and more countries and regions together to identify a path towards mutual benefits and win-win.

Amid global unrest and volatility， the Belt and Road Initiative is charting new course in the new era.
