重慶兩江新區與韓國仁川廣域市經濟自由區簽署友好合作協議

11月10日至11日，重慶的國際友好城市韓國仁川市市長樸南春率團訪渝。11日，兩江新區與仁川廣域市經濟自由區簽署友好合作協議。根據協議，雙方按照平等互利、優勢互補、共謀發展的原則，努力共同建立互為友好交流合作的區域關系。雙方將在產業投資、貿易服務、人文交流、人員往來等領域進一步加強交流與合作。未來，雙方將積極推動在電子信息、高端裝備、生物醫藥、智慧城市、現代服務業、科技創新、金融開放、營商環境建設等領域的交流合作發展。相互支持并推廣兩地間舉辦的國際論壇、商品博覽會等活動，共同打造科技創新、創業服務平臺，積極分享行政服務和監管、投資貿易促進、金融開放創新、營商環境建設、中韓自貿協定實施、自由貿易口岸建設等領域的成功經驗，共同努力提升雙方的國際化水平，促進兩地經濟發展。

中國第二屆溫泉與氣候養生旅游國際研討會在北碚召開

11月28日，中國第二屆溫泉與氣候養生旅游國際研討會在重慶北碚區舉行，由重慶市溫泉旅游行業協會主辦，亞太（重慶）溫泉與氣候養生旅游研究院承辦。來自中國、意大利、匈牙利、波蘭、日本等多個國家和地區的專家學者，以“創新融合溫泉與氣候康養，大力推進生態文明建設，打造‘兩高’世界溫泉谷”為主題進行了交流研討。世界溫泉與氣候養生聯合會重慶代表處、亞太（重慶）溫泉與氣候養生旅游研究院正式揭牌，市文化和旅游委、北碚區政府分別與多方簽訂戰略合作協議。

第四屆世界意大利美食周在渝舉行

11月18日至24日，第四屆世界意大利美食周以“飲食指導之味蕾文化”為主題，在重慶和四川、貴州、云南三省的5座城市（成都、貴陽、昆明、樂山、麗江）舉辦了40多場活動，其中包括品鑒會、美食工坊、烹飪課堂，以及各種形式的推廣活動，讓更多人了解地中海飲食。

2019重慶—新加坡國際電競嘉年華成功舉行

11月17日，2019重慶—新加坡國際電競嘉年華暨首屆CQES重慶電競大賽巔峰賽在重慶國泰藝術中心圓滿落幕，重慶戰隊“歲月競技”以2：0的比分戰勝新加坡“CIR戰隊”，獲得本屆大賽冠軍。在渝期間，新加坡團隊對重慶進行了深度體驗，行程涵蓋了山水都市、文化遺產、自然遺產、長江三峽等重慶文化旅游精品。

2019重慶全球旅行商大會討論“入境旅游”

11月14日，2019重慶全球旅行商大會在重慶舉行，大會圍繞“入境旅游”主題展開，來自30多個國家和地區，10個中國駐境外旅游辦事處、17個重慶文化旅游境外推廣中心及亞太旅游協會，約400名境內外旅行商、國際知名旅游專家參會。重慶重點從三峽、山城、人文、溫泉、鄉村5個方面，向參會旅行商全面深入地介紹了“山水之城·美麗之地”的重慶文旅形象產品。會議現場簽訂合作項目17個，合作內容涵蓋組接團合作、旅游營銷推廣等多個方面。

1—10月重慶外貿進出口較去年同期增長10.8%

11月14日，重慶海關消息，得益于與“一帶一路”沿線國家貿易合作潛力持續釋放，重慶外貿進出口保持了較強韌性，今年前10月，重慶外貿進出口總值4691.1億元，較去年同期增長10.8%，高出全國整體增速8.4個百分點。“一帶一路”沿線國家合計進出口1294.7億元，增長31.2%，高出重慶整體增速20.4個百分點，占重慶外貿總值的27.6%，比重提升4.3個百分點。

重慶新增直飛澳門、日本東京航線

11月14日，重慶航空公司正式開通重慶直飛澳門航線，這是重慶第二條往返澳門的航線，每周二、四、六各一班。24日，國航新開重慶—東京直飛航線，每天一班，該航線是國航開通的首條重慶與日本之間的直航航線，也是重慶機場第三條直飛日本的航線。

重慶機場開通“國際轉國際”空空中轉貨運業務

11月14日，承運重慶機場首票“國際轉國際”空空中轉貨物的天津航空GS7945航班，從重慶江北國際機場起飛，標志重慶機場“國際轉國際”空空中轉貨運業務正式開通。此次中轉貨物共計3件305公斤，主要為牙科材料，貨值逾3萬澳元。該批貨物11月10日通過海南航空HU718航班從法國巴黎運送來渝，經11月14日天津航空GS7945航班轉運前往目的地澳大利亞墨爾本，這是重慶機場開展中轉業務以來的首票“國際轉國際”空空中轉貨物。

力帆集團與華晨汽車在烏拉圭簽約

11月12日，力帆集團與華晨汽車在烏拉圭簽署戰略合作協議，共同開拓南美市場。雙方將充分發揮各自優勢，在生產、銷售等環節進行深入合作，助推中國汽車在南美洲發展，實現民營企業與國有企業在海外的產能共享。根據合作協議，力帆將依托在烏拉圭的工廠優勢，3年內與華晨汽車共享18000臺汽車產能，其中首年產量3000臺，第二年5000臺，第三年10000臺。

東盟冷鏈（重慶）分撥中心在高新區成立

11月11日，東盟冷鏈（重慶）分撥中心在重慶高新區成立。該重慶分撥中心落戶于明品福市場，由防城港新福公司投資運營。未來，中心將承擔起西南區域性東盟冷凍商品的集散作用，依托防城港的港口優勢、通道優勢、口岸優勢、邊貿優勢，挖掘中國西部地區和東盟國家兩大板塊間冷鏈市場的潛力，整合供應端，創新市場端，打造冷鏈供應鏈一體化的交易平臺。

Chongqing Liangjiang New Area Signs Agreement on Friendly Cooperation with? Incheon Free Economic Zone

From November 10 to 11， Park Namchoon， Mayor of Incheon Metropolitan City， Chongqing's sister city，? led a delegation to visit Chongqing. On November 11， Liangjiang New Area and? Incheon Free Economic Zone signed an agreement on friendly cooperation. According to the Agreement， the two sides will work together to establish a relationship of friendly exchanges and cooperation based on principles of equality and mutual benefit， achieving complementarities and common development. The two sides will further strengthen exchanges and cooperation in fields of industries & investment， trade services， cultural and personnel exchanges. In the future， the two sides will actively promote exchanges and cooperation in the fields of IT， high-end equipment， bio-medicine， smart city， modern service， scientific and technological innovation， financial liberalization， and business environment development. The two parties will support and promote the international forums， commodity fairs and other activities held by each other， and also to jointly develop platforms for innovations and start-ups. They will share each other’s successful experience in administrative services and supervision， investment and trade promotion， financial opening-up and innovation， business environment development， as well as in the implementation of China-South Korea Free Trade Agreement， and the construction of free trade ports. The Second International Symposium on Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy Tourism of China Held in Beibei

On November 28， the Second International Symposium on Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy Tourism of China， hosted by Chongqing Hot Spring Association and organized by Asia-Pacific （Chongqing） Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy Tourism Institute， was held in Beibei district of Chongqing， Experts and scholars from China， Italy， Hungary， Poland， Japan and other countries and regions held discussions on the theme of “Advancing the construction of ecological civilization and developing world’s hot spring valley by innovating and integrating hydrotherapy and climatotherapy”. The Chongqing Representative Office of World Federation of Hydrotherapy， and Climatotherapy and? Asia-Pacific （Chongqing） Hydrotherapy and Climatotherapy Tourism Institute were officially unveiled. The 4th World Italian Food Week Held in Chongqing

From November 18 to 24， the 4th World Italian Food Week， with the theme of "Food Guidance- Culture of Taste Bud "， was held in Chongqing and 5 other cities from Sichuan， Guizhou and Yunnan （Chengdu， Guiyang， Kunming， Leshan and Lijiang）. Over 40 activities were held during the Week， including tasting sessions， food workshops， cooking classes and various forms of promotional activities to let more people know about the Mediterranean food.

2019 Chongqing -Singapore International Electronic Sports Carnival Successfully Held

On November 17， 2019 Chongqing-Singapore International Electronic Sports Carnival and the 1st CQES Chongqing Electronic Sports Summit were successfully concluded in Chongqing Guo Tai Arts Center. Chongqing team "Time Competition" defeated Singapore's CIR team by a score of 2：0 and won the championship. During their stay in Chongqing， the Singaporean team paid an in-depth visit to Chongqing， which covers the essence of Chongiqng’s culture and tourism such as mountains and rivers in the city， world cultural heritage， world natural heritages and the Yangtze River Three Gorges.

Chongqing's Foreign Trade from January to October Increased by 10.8% Year-on-Year

On November 14， Chongqing Customs reported that Chongqing's foreign trade remained strong thanks to the release of potential in the trade with the B&R countries. In the first ten months of this year， Chongqing's foreign trade value totaled 469.11 billion yuan， up by 10.8% over the same period of last year， 8.4 percentage points higher than the national growth rate. The trade volume with the B&T countries was 129.47 billion yuan， up by 31.2%， 20.4 percentage points higher than the overall growth rate of Chongqing， accounting for 27.6% of Chongqing's total foreign trade value， up by 4.3 percentage points.

"Inbound Tourism" Discussed at 2019 Chongqing Global Travel Agents Conference

On November 14， 2019 Chongqing Global Travel Agents Conference was held in Chongqing. With the theme of "Inbound tourism"， the conference was attended by around 400 travel agents and internationally renowned tourism experts from over 30 countries and regions， 10 Chinese overseas tourism offices， 17 Chongqing culture & tourism overseas promotion centers and the Asia Pacific Tourism Association. Chongqing’s cultural and tourist productes were presented at the conference extensively from the following five aspects： Three Gorges， city of mountains， culture， hot springs and countryside. 17 cooperation projects were signed during the conference， covering various aspects such as cooperation on tourist group organization， tourism marketing and promotion， etc.

Direct Flights from Chongqing to Macau and Tokyo Opened

On November 14， Chongqing Airlines officially opened the second direct flight from Chongqing to Macau， operating once every Tuesday， Thursday and Saturday. On the 24th， Air China opened a new direct flight between Chongqing and Tokyo， one flight per day. This is the first direct flight opened by Air China between Chongqing and Japan， and is also the third direct flight between Chongqing Airport and Japan.

Chongqing Airport Opens “International-to-International” Air-to-Air Cargo Transfer Service

On November 14， Tianjin Airlines flight GS7945， carrying the first Chongqing airport’s cargo for "international-to-international" air-to-air transfer， took off from Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport， marking the official opening of Chongqing Airport's "International to International" air-to-air cargo transfer service. The total quantity of goods transferred through this fight was 305 kg， mainly dental materials， with a value of over 30，000 AUD. The cargo was transported from Paris to Chongqing on November 10 via Hainan Airlines flight HU718 and transferred to Melbourne， Australia， the final destination， via Tianjin Airlines flight GS7945 on November 14. This is the first "international-to-international" air-to-air cargo transfer operated since Chongqing Airport started its transfer service.

Lifan Group Signed a Contract with Brilliance Auto in Uruguay

On November 12， Lifan Group and Brilliance Auto signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Uruguay to jointly explore the South American market. The two sides will give full play to their respective advantages and carry out in-depth cooperation in production， sales and other sectors to enhance the expansion of Chinese cars in South America and realize the sharing of overseas production capacity between private enterprise and state-owned enterprise. According to the Agreement， Lifan will rely on the advantages of its factory in Uruguay to share 18，000-sets production capacity with Brilliance in three years， of which 3，000 sets will be produced in the first year， 5，000 sets in the second year and 10，000 sets in the third year.

ASEAN Cold Chain （Chongqing） Distribution Center Established in Hi-tech Zone

On November 11， ASEAN Cold Chain （Chongqing） Distribution Center was established in Chongqing High-tech Zone. The Chongqing Distribution Center is located in Mingpinfu market and operated by Fangchenggang Xinfu Cold Chain. In the future， the Center will become the distribution center of ASEAN frozen goods in southwest China. Relying on Fangcheng Port's advantages in ports， channels and border trade， the Center will tap the potential of the cold chain market between west China and ASEAN， integrate the supply side and innovate the market side to build a cold chain trading platform with an integrated supply chain.
