全方位保溫措施在剖宮產手術室護理工作中的應用價值

【摘要】 目的：探討剖宮產手術室日常護理工作中加強全方位保溫措施的臨床應用價值。方法：選取本院產科2017年4月-2018年4月收治的行剖宮產術的產婦100例作為研究對象，按照隨機數字表法將其分為對照組和觀察組，各50例。對照組應用常規手術室護理模式，觀察組在此基礎上重視全方位保溫措施護理模式，觀察比較兩組麻醉起效后、開始手術前、娩出新生兒后、結束手術時的產婦體溫、手術、寒戰發生、護理滿意度情況及新生兒狀況。結果：觀察組術中出血量及術后肛門恢復排氣時間均明顯少于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。娩出新生兒后、結束手術時，觀察組的產婦體溫均明顯高于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。兩組寒戰發生情況比較，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）;且觀察組寒戰0級占比明顯高于對照組，Ⅲ級占比明顯低于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。新生兒臍帶血血氣值、體溫情況均明顯優于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組護理總滿意度為98.0%明顯高于對照組的86.0%，差異有統計學意義（字2=4.891，P=0.027）。結論：針對剖宮產手術患者，在手術室日常工作中，重視全方位保溫措施的應用，可減少術中出血量，縮短術后康復時間，維持母嬰正常體溫，降低寒戰發生率及程度，改善新生兒狀況，故顯著增強了護理水平，患者有更高的護理滿意度，具非常重要的開展價值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the clinical value of strengthening all-round thermal insulation measures in daily nursing work of cesarean section operating room.Method：A total of 100 cases of parturients who undergone cesarean section in obstetrics department of our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into control group and observation group，50 cases in each group.The control group was given the conventional operating room nursing mode，the observation group was attached importance to the nursing mode of all-round thermal insulation measures on this basis.The maternal temperature after anesthesia，before operation，after delivery of newborn and at the end of operation，operation，shivering，nursing satisfaction and neonatal status between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The amount of intraoperative bleeding and the time of recovery of anal exhaust after operation in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The maternal temperature after delivery of newborn and at the end of operation in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.There was significant difference in the occurrence of shivering between the two groups（P<0.05），and the proportion of shivering grade 0 in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group，the proportion of shivering grade Ⅲ was significantly lower than that in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The neonatal umbilical cord blood gas value and body temperature were significantly better than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The total satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was 98.0%，which was significantly higher than 86.0% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（字2=4.891，P=0.027）.Conclusion：For patients undergoing cesarean section，in the daily work of the operating room，the application of all-round thermal insulation measures can reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding，shorten the postoperative recovery time，maintain normal body temperature of mother and infant，reduce the incidence and degree of shivering and improve the condition of the newborn，which significantly enhances the level of nursing，and the patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.It has a very important value for development.
