關節鏡下膝前交叉韌帶重建術后康復訓練對膝關節穩定的療效觀察

【摘要】 目的：探討關節鏡下膝前交叉韌帶重建術后康復訓練對膝關節穩定的療效。方法：選取本院2015年1月-2017年10月收治的行關節鏡下膝前交叉韌帶重建術的患者126例作為研究對象，按照隨機數字表法將其分為觀察組和對照組，各63例。對照組給予常規術后干預措施，觀察組在此基礎上給予階段性系統康復訓練干預措施，比較兩組膝關節功能恢復情況以及干預后1、3、6個月的膝關節Lysholm、生活質量、滿意度和依從性評分。結果：觀察組膝關節功能恢復優良率為92.06%明顯高于對照組的79.37%，差異有統計學意義（字2=4.148，P=0.042）。觀察組干預后1、3、6個月的膝關節Lysholm評分均明顯高于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組的生理功能、生理職能、情感職能、社會功能、活力、精神健康、軀體疼痛及總體健康評分均明顯高于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組滿意度和依從性評分均明顯高于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：關節鏡下膝前交叉韌帶重建術后康復訓練對膝關節穩定的療效顯著，顯著提高患者生活質量，促進膝關節恢復，患者依從性和滿意度好，值得進一步推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of rehabilitation training on knee joint stability after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy.Method：A total of 126 patients who undergone arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2017 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method，they were divided into observation group and control group，63 cases in each group.The control group was given routine postoperative interventions，the observation group was given periodic systematic rehabilitation training interventions on this basis.The functional recovery of knee joint and Lysholm of knee joint after intervention 1，3 and 6 months，quality of life，satisfaction and compliance scores between the two groups were compared.Result：The excellent and good rate of knee joint function recovery in the observation group was 92.06%，which was significantly higher than 79.37% in the control group，the difference was statistically significant（字2=4.148，P=0.042）.The Lysholm scores of the knee joint after intervention 1，3 and 6 months in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The scores of physiological function，physiological role，emotional role，social function，vitality，mental health，physical pain and general health in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.The satisfaction and compliance scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Rehabilitation training after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction under arthroscopy has a significant effect on knee joint stability，significantly improving the quality of life of patients，promoting knee joint recovery，good compliance and satisfaction of patients，which is worthy of further promotion.
