摘? 要:傳統跳繩是通過擺動繩索來進行促進身體跳躍的體育運動。隨著體育競技朝著多樣化與觀賞性方向的發展,更多的體育運動在不斷加入新的運動方式豐富自身?;犹K就是在傳統的單一的跳繩動作基礎上加入“繩舞”“繩操”等都復雜多變的跳繩動作,并融入像音樂、舞蹈之類的現代元素,以此來提高跳繩這項運動的觀賞性與趣味性,同時,鍛煉強度與水平也得到了提升。跳繩作為一種中等強度的有氧負荷運動,長期的鍛煉不僅可以增強學生的柔韌性、協調性、平衡感,而且還能提高學生的彈跳力、爆發力、反應速度與肌肉力量?;犹K種類較多,變化靈活,又因其鍛煉受空間與運動器材的限制較小,適合開展大面積的推廣,有助于促進中學生身心健康的發展。本文通過教學實驗比較花樣跳繩對中學生體質改善的效果,以此來研究花樣跳繩對中學生體質的影響。

Abstract: Traditional skipping rope is a sport that promotes body jumping by swinging the rope. With the development of sports competition toward diversity and appreciation, more sports are constantly adding new ways to enrich themselves. The pattern skipping rope is a complex and varied skipping action based on the traditional single skipping action, such as "rope dance" and "rope exercise", and incorporates modern elements such as music and dance to enhance the sport of skipping rope. The ornamental and interesting, at the same time, The intensity and level of exercise have also been improved. As a medium-strength aerobic load exercise, long-term exercise can not only enhance students 'flexibility, coordination, and balance, but also improve students' bounce ability, explosiveness, response speed and muscle strength. There are many types of figure skipping ropes, and the changes are flexible. Because their exercise is limited by space and sports equipment, they are suitable for large-scale promotion and help promote the development of the physical and mental health of middle school students. This paper compares the effect of pattern skipping rope on the physical improvement of middle school students through teaching experiment, and studies the effect of pattern skipping rope on the physical fitness of middle school students.

1? 研究對象與方法
1.1 研究對象
本文通過對某中學五年級的花樣跳繩班和普通體育班兩個班學生的教學實驗效果進行比較,對兩個不同的班級學生為研究對象進行實驗研究,通過比較實驗前后以及不同實驗群體的體質指標來探討花樣跳繩對中學生體質健康的影響。

(1)實驗目的:為了研究花樣跳繩對中學生體質的影響,本實驗采用設置對照組的方式,通過測量記錄兩組學生的多項體質指標,通過理論計算與比較,來驗證花樣跳繩對學生體質的具體影響方面?!?br>
