[摘要] PBL教學(xué)模式主要中線就是學(xué)生,通過學(xué)生向帶教提出的問題,及時(shí)幫助學(xué)生解決相應(yīng)的問題,提升學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中的積極作用,能夠有效提高臨床帶教效果。通過以問題為基礎(chǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)方式,及時(shí)對(duì)相關(guān)問題進(jìn)行引導(dǎo),使得學(xué)生根據(jù)不同的知識(shí)點(diǎn)去學(xué)習(xí),獨(dú)立自主的解決問題,自行尋找答案。帶教在整個(gè)學(xué)習(xí)期間充當(dāng)引導(dǎo)者,對(duì)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式進(jìn)行指導(dǎo),確保學(xué)生能夠掌握正確的學(xué)習(xí)方法,將常規(guī)的教學(xué)模式進(jìn)行轉(zhuǎn)化,更好地釋放自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。完成實(shí)習(xí)后的學(xué)生能夠更好的為精神科做出貢獻(xiàn),促進(jìn)醫(yī)患關(guān)系和諧,對(duì)于呼吸科的發(fā)展有重要幫助。

[Abstract] PBL teaching mode mainly faces students, helping students solve the corresponding problems in time through the problems put forwarded by students, thus improving the initiative in learning and effectively increasing the clinical teaching effect. The PBL teaching model guides the related problems in time through the problem-based learning method thus making students study according to different knowledge points, solve problems independently, and search for answers by themselves. Teacher, acting as guiders in the whole course, guides students thus ensuring students master the accurate study method, transforming the routine teaching model and better releasing the independent learning ability. The students can better make contributions to the department of psychiatry, and promoting the harmonious doctor-patient relationship, which is of important help to the development of the department of respiration.

隨著臨床教學(xué)的不斷深入,以往常規(guī)的教學(xué)方式已經(jīng)難以適用于如今的教學(xué)理念,通過將傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)方式進(jìn)行調(diào)整,及時(shí)合并其他的教學(xué)方式,總結(jié)工作期間的重點(diǎn),將帶教方式進(jìn)行改革,創(chuàng)立新型教學(xué)模式,進(jìn)一步增加護(hù)理實(shí)踐效果[1]。PBL教學(xué)的核心就是學(xué)生護(hù)理實(shí)踐,帶教老師作為輔助,將該學(xué)習(xí)方式納入臨床護(hù)理教學(xué)中。更有利于學(xué)生綜合知識(shí)培養(yǎng),并且學(xué)習(xí)完成后會(huì)采用全面考核模式,對(duì)學(xué)生所學(xué)知識(shí)進(jìn)行考核,并評(píng)估其學(xué)習(xí)成果。
1? 呼吸科實(shí)施PBL帶教具體措施
1.1? 臨床帶教原則
第一步需要確定該科室的帶教內(nèi)容,并將大綱中規(guī)定的呼吸疾病進(jìn)行整理,這類疾病的發(fā)病原因、臨床表現(xiàn)、診斷治療、檢查措施與管理方法?!?br>
