程序化和諧護理對體檢中心體檢護理質量及體檢者滿意度的影響效果分析

摘要：目的? 觀察體檢中心應用程序化和諧護理的效果。方法? 選取我院體檢中心進行健康檢查的400例體檢者，隨機分為觀察組和對照組，每組200例。對照組給予常規(guī)護理，觀察組給予程序化和諧護理，對比兩組體檢護理質量、體檢相關不良事件發(fā)生率以及護理相關項目滿意度評分。結果? 觀察組排隊等待時間、體檢用時、HAMA評分分別為（14.58±2.31）min、（51.77±9.21）min、（13.65±3.22）分，均優(yōu)于對照組的（33.63±5.29）min、（105.22±7.33）min、（20.78±2.45）分，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組體檢相關不良事件發(fā)生率為2.00%，低于對照組的5.00%，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。觀察組體檢者對體檢條目宣教、體檢環(huán)境、體檢流程順暢度及個人隱私保護的評分均高于對照組，差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結論? 在體檢中心應用程序化和諧護理，不僅縮短了體檢者等待時間，降低了體檢不良事件的發(fā)生，還提高了體檢護理質量。

Abstract：Objective? To observe the effect of applying standardized nursing care in the medical examination center. Methods? A total of 400 physical examinations were performed in the physical examination center of our hospital. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group， with 200 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing， and the observation group was given programmatic harmonious nursing. The quality of physical examination， the incidence of physical examination-related adverse events， and the satisfaction score of nursing-related items were compared. Results? The waiting time， physical examination time and HAMA scores of the observation group were （14.58±2.31） min， （51.77±9.21） min， and （13.65±3.22）， respectively， which were better than the control group （33.63±5.29） min， （105.22±7.33） min， （20.78±2.45） points， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The incidence of adverse events related to physical examination in the observation group was 2.00%， which was lower than that of the control group 5.00%，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. The scores of the physical examination items in the observation group， the physical examination environment， the smoothness of the physical examination process and the personal privacy protection were higher than the control group，the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion? The application of programmatic harmonious nursing in the physical examination center not only shortens the waiting time of medical examiners， reduces the occurrence of adverse medical examinations， but also improves the quality of physical examination and care.
