健康教育和優質護理服務在基層醫院婦產科患者護理中的應用

摘要：目的：就健康教育和優質護理服務在基層醫院婦產科患者護理中的應用效果進行分析。方法：以我院婦產科收治的患者為主要研究對象，給予其健康教育配合優質護理服務。結果：對患者實施健康教育和優質護理服務后，患者的護理質量有了明顯的改善。結論：在基層醫院婦產科護理中實施健康教育和優質護理服務，效果明顯，值得臨床推廣應用。

Abstract： objective： to analyze the application effect of health education and quality nursing service in gynecology and obstetrics patients in primary hospitals. Methods： taking the patients admitted to the department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital as the main research object， we gave them healthy education with quality nursing service. Results： after the implementation of health education and quality nursing service， the nursing quality of patients was improved obviously. Conclusion： the implementation of health education and quality nursing service in obstetrics and gynecology nursing in primary hospitals is effective and worthy of clinical application.

1、1.資料與方法

1. 一般資料

抽取2017年2月至2018年2月我院婦產科收治的患者（120例）為主要研究對象，將其隨機分為對照組（60例）和研究組（60例）。其中，對照組的年齡區間為22歲至40歲，平均年齡為（27.3士5.2）歲，研究組的年齡區間為22至43歲，平均年齡為（34.5±3）歲;排除標準：具有凝血功能障礙、傳染病、精神障礙以及合并內科性疾病患者。在進行本研究前均已提前告知所有患者及其家屬，并簽署了同意書。將兩組患者的年齡等一般資料進行比較，未發現其組間有明顯差異，不具統計學意義（P<0.05），有可比性。

1. 方法

給予對照組常規護理，即每天對患者進行例行檢查，密切觀察患者的每項指標，全面掌握患者的狀態，嚴格遵循醫師的要求，在基礎護理的前提下對患者進行常規藥物護理等。給予研究組健康教育和優質護理服務，具體操作內容：1）提高護理人員的綜合素質。醫院注重護理人員綜合素質的提升，從操作技能、醫護人員工作態度等方面著手。反復培訓、定期督查，從而不斷提升醫療服務質量。……
