“山、水、城、橋”，這是重慶得天獨厚的資源稟賦，如何運用好這些天賦異稟的資源、打造一個國際知名的“山水之城，美麗之地”?

從近期重慶陸續公布的種種規劃方案看，如果說“兩江四岸”的治理是整個城市綜合治理提檔升級的一個切入點，那么在眾多的變化中，燈光與綠化，便是市民感受城市變化的最佳視角。

當年字水霄燈成名之時微弱的燭火，如今是兩江四岸的流光溢彩；從前的邊角荒地，現在成了市民出門便能步入的公園。城市在變美，生活在變美，“美麗經濟”也應運而生。

1月9日晚，“滿江紅號”游輪與往常一樣，滿載著游人，從朝天門2號碼頭緩緩駛出。乘坐游輪看兩江四岸賞重慶夜景，是重慶的傳統經典旅游項目。

與往常不同，這天游輪上的乘客大都是城市燈光行業的行家，在剛參加完2019重慶（國際）燈光藝術與城市美學發展論壇后，他們此行的目的一方面是賞燈，另一方面是考察，對下一步燈飾工程的改造提升做鋪墊。

這一場燈光藝術與城市美學發展論壇落戶重慶，并非偶然，某種程度上預示著重慶的城市燈光正進行著再一次的全面提升。重慶市城市管理局副局長張淑鈺就曾在“光藝術與城市空間”論壇上表示，光與藝術如何為城市品質增添色彩，提升城市的藝術品質，是城市管理者思考的問題。同時，她也談到，2019年迎春燈飾將作為一個開端，將城市的美學、光與藝術等多學科跨界融合，形成重慶城市夜景的一張美麗名片。……
