（1）An Quasi-Confucian Explanation on the Happy Excursion of Chuang TzuWang Fusheng

On the base of the understanding about the relation of Heaven and Man,namely the notion of Heaven is internal and Man is external,Chuang-Tzu emphasizes the equality between life and death,longevity and short life,man makes the happy excursion in and out the human world without things bothering his mind.The happy excursion is letting things take their own courses according to what is natural,objecting to doing something artificially and persisting on it.But on the other hand,the happy excursion is not doing nothing at all.Tao works universally,from the cultivation of life to the governance of land under Heaven.The happy excursion is the same.So it is clear that the thought of Chuang-Tzu is originated from both Taoism and Confucianism and is closer to Confucianism in the end.

（2）Heterogeneous Impact of Deleveraging Policy on Financial Constraints of Chinese Stateowned EnterprisesYu Bo Xia Qinghua

Taking the A-share listed state-owned manufacturing enterprises from 2009 to 2017 as samples,this paper proves that:(1)the listed state-owned manufacturing enterprises are also facing financial constraints,however,the constraints level of central enterprises is significantly lower than that of local state-owned enterprises;(2)the deleverage policy has a more prominent impact on central enterprises and the leverage ratio of central enterprises has fallen more;(3)Grouping test shows that the reason why the leverage ratio of “central enterprises” falls faster is that “central enterprises” have stronger political constraints;(4)by dividing leverage into bank credit leverage and commercial credit leverage,this paper proves that although the implementation of the deleveraging policy reduces the leverage ratio of the state-owned enterprises,the impact only manifests in the bank credit leverage domain,while the commercial credit leverage,on the contrary,shows a significant upward trend.This paper provides a theoretical and empirical reference for understanding the heterogeneous impact of the deleveraging policy on firms'leverage and financing constraint,as well as the impact of the policy on the structure evolution of central enterprises leverage.

（3）Rewriting the History of Modern Chinese Aesthetics:Logical Starting Point,Central Clue and Internal MotivationChen Wei

Because of the tortuosity and complexity of Chinese social modernity process,there are some unavoidable difficulties in writing the history of Chinese modern and contemporary aesthetics:how to determine the logical starting point,the central clue,the internal motivation and so on,and the solution degree of these problems determines the scientificity and recognition of the narration and interpretation of Chinese modern and contemporary aesthetic history.Nowadays,some works on the history of modern and contemporary aesthetics in China neither aware of these difficulties nor try to solve them.Therefore,there seems to be no objective standard for different opinions on the starting point,the choice of characters and the theoretical cornerstone.Only by determining the logical starting point,central clue and internal motivation can a brilliant future for Chinese modern and contemporary aesthetic achieved.

（4）New Youth and the Patriotism Tradition of the May 4th MovementZhuang Sen Yan Hui

Emancipation is the key word of New Youth,advocates the liberation of human beings,guides young people to “liberate” from the shackles of feudal autocratic ideology and culture,criticizes feudal ethics,overthrows ancient idols,use the concept of self-existing “wake up people”,replacing the feudal autocratic ideology and culture concept of“existing for the monarch,existing for the Tao,existing for the parents”,and lead the life impulse and power in the human subconscious to the pursuing personality liberation which formed the first ideological emancipation movement in the modern history of China and laid the status of the individual subject of the “new youth.” The media such as New Youth also spread the new trend of thought,reveal the crisis facing the country and the urgency of the country,arouse the patriotism of the intellectual youth,and take advantage of the victory of the Russian socialist revolution.Entering the socialist trend of thought,propagating the power of labor is invincible,and using the Shandong issue of the Paris Peace Conference to intensifying students'passion of saving the nation,promoting the occurrence and development of the May 4th Movement,and spreading the society.The ideological trend emphasizes that human liberation obeys the national liberation movement,for the national prosperity,the country's prosperity and strength to sacrifice individuals,and to establish the patriotic tradition of the May 4th Movement.

（5）The Theoretical Logic and Legal Protection of China's Regional Coordinated Development Strategy——Based on the dual perspective of government and marketSun JinZhong Yuan

The regional coordinated development strategy should balance the values of fairness and efficiency.The former is maintained by the institutional supply of government,while the latter is guaranteed by the market competition system.This is the theoretical logic of the implementation of the strategy,and the rule of law guarantee is also carried out.On the government side,the central government should rationally formulate macro-control regulations on fiscal,financial,and industrial policies while respecting local differences.Local governments should further improve their public service functions from urban and rural integration and household registration management.On the market front,from the micro level,the competition between competition law enforcement and private execution should be specifically protected from the competition interests of regional operators.From the meso level,the competition law should exert its"creation"competition function through fair competition review.The system restricts the public power of some regions from hindering the competition order.From a macro perspective,China should establish the basic status of competition policy,thus establishing a unified and open competition system throughout the country to achieve overall competition.

（6）The Constitutional Logic and Development of China's Specific Issue Investigation SystemDai Jitao

The specific issues investigation system is a basic part of the supervision power of National People's Congress(NPC),and it is also an important way for the legislature to fulfill its constitutional obligation to protect human rights.The constitutional basis of China's special issue investigation system is that all powers belong to the people,and its operation mechanism is that the multi-subjects directed by NPC representatives in the constitutional negotiation in order to realize the rights protection ultimately.Although there is no practice of specific issue investigation at the national level,the rich practice of the local people's congresses provides reference experience for promoting the implementation of the system at the national level.In order to improve the specific issue investigation system by using constitutional thinking,it is necessary to adhere to the two basic constitutional principles of party's leadership and socialist rule of law.
