摘 要:以芳樟195#一年生扦插苗為研究對象,通過二次正交回旋組合設計,研究了接種固氮菌、巨大芽孢桿菌、膠凍樣芽孢桿菌、枯草芽孢桿菌對芳樟精油、精油主成分的影響及相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明:在微生物菌肥處理下,芳樟總精油含量、葉芳樟醇含量、葉樟腦含量、葉1,8桉葉油素含量、枝芳樟醇含量、枝樟腦含量和枝1,8桉葉油素含量產(chǎn)生了極顯著性的差異(P=0.001)。芳樟精油含量與芳樟醇含量呈正相關(guān),芳樟精油含量與樟腦含量和1,8桉葉油素含量呈負相關(guān)。經(jīng)微生物菌劑處理后,提升了芳樟的精油含量、醇含量,同時降低了芳樟的樟腦、1,8桉葉油素含量。

Abstract:Based on annual Cinnamomum camphora 195 code cuttings, The effects of inoculation of ?Azotobacter chroococum, Bacillus magaterium, Bacillus mucilaginosus and Bacillus subtilis on the influence and correlation of the main components of eucalyptus essential oil and essential oil of C. camphora.The result shows:Under the treatment of microbial fertilizer, the total essential oil content of C. camphora, leaf linalool content, leaf camphor content, leaf 1,8 eucalyptus oil content, linalyl alcohol content, branching brain content and branch 1,8 eucalyptus oil content Produced a very significant difference (P= 0.001). The content of C. camphora essential oil was positively correlated with the content of linalool,the content of C. camphora essential oil was negatively correlated with the content of camphor and the content of 1,8 eucalyptus.After treatment with microbial agents, increased C. camphora essential oil content, linalool content and linalool content, while reducing C. camphora, 1,8 eucalyptus oil content.

樟樹(Cinnamomum camphora),別名樟木、香樟,屬樟科樟屬樟組植物,是福建省著名的優(yōu)良鄉(xiāng)土樹種之一[1-2]。樟樹除具有木質(zhì)堅韌和天然的美麗紋理的優(yōu)點,還具有防腐、防蟲、氣味芳香的特點,其葉、枝、根可提取芳樟醇、樟腦和桉葉油素等成分。芳樟系樟樹的1個生化變種,含有豐富的芳樟醇,故稱為芳樟[3]。種植芳樟具有顯著的經(jīng)濟效益、生態(tài)效益和社會效益,栽培前景十分廣闊[4]。當前,在我國福建、廣西、海南、廣東等地均有芳樟油料林。
菌肥是對植物生長發(fā)育有益的一類生物菌劑,大量的微生物可分解土壤中的有機物、無機元素或分泌細胞激動素、生長類激素等代謝產(chǎn)物促進植物的生長,對植物的生殖生長、生物量積累等多個方面有著積極的作用[5]。……
