摘 ?要: 如今,科技的發(fā)展速度不斷提升,電氣自動(dòng)化設(shè)備的升級(jí)速度也不斷加快,傳統(tǒng)的電氣自動(dòng)化設(shè)備在實(shí)際控制時(shí),每一個(gè)單獨(dú)部分的電氣控制基本都是使用電氣連接線進(jìn)行具體控制的,這樣的控制方式在實(shí)際安裝和進(jìn)行設(shè)備調(diào)試時(shí)十分不方便,而且后期的維護(hù)成本也更高,投入使用所需要的資金量十分龐大。PLC技術(shù)作為新型的電子設(shè)備自動(dòng)化控制手段,在原有的控制系統(tǒng)基礎(chǔ)上做出了很大的改進(jìn)和實(shí)際優(yōu)化,具有十分明顯的優(yōu)勢(shì),本文將會(huì)對(duì)PLC技術(shù)在電氣設(shè)備自動(dòng)化控制中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行分析研究,希望可以給相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的研究帶來一定的幫助。

Application Research of PLC Technology in Electrical Equipment Automation Control

【Abstract】: Currently, with increasing development of science and technology, upgrading speed of electrical automation equipment has been also accelerating. During actual control of traditional electrical automation equipments, each individual part is basically controlled with electrical connection wires, which is inconvenient during installation and debugging of equipment in practice. With higher maintenance cost at later stage, it have greater amount of funds to put into. As new type of electronic equipment automation control means, PLC technology has made great improvement and practical optimization on the basis of original control system, which has obvious advantages. The paper analyzes and researches application of PLC technology in automation control of electrical equipment, to bring some help on research of related fields.

二十一世紀(jì)以來,社會(huì)的發(fā)展速度不斷加快,科技的發(fā)展速度也日漸加快,各種各樣的電子設(shè)備的應(yīng)用也日漸成熟,人們?cè)谶M(jìn)行計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的深入研究時(shí),PLC技術(shù)也應(yīng)運(yùn)而生,并逐漸的趨于完善。在電氣自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)中使用PLC技術(shù),可以有效解決傳統(tǒng)的電氣自動(dòng)化控制中的技術(shù)問題,使得電氣自動(dòng)化控制得以真正的實(shí)現(xiàn)。如今,PLC技術(shù)經(jīng)過不斷的實(shí)踐完善,已經(jīng)相對(duì)成熟了很多,在電氣自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng)中的實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值也在逐漸提高,實(shí)際作用的發(fā)揮愈來愈重要,在電力系統(tǒng)和數(shù)控技術(shù)等領(lǐng)域的應(yīng)用極大的促進(jìn)了工業(yè)的實(shí)際生產(chǎn),極大的提高了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率。……
