基于云計算的高校青年教師O2O學習私有云平臺構建

摘 ?要： 在云計算、移動互聯網和虛擬現實等技術的推動下，高校面向學生的實踐教學得到顯著發展。與此同時，高校青年教師培訓仍以傳統授課模式為主，重理論、輕實踐，青年教師參與功利性日漸明顯。針對這一現狀，提出了基于云計算的高校青年教師學習私有云平臺，創立了一種O2O青年教師培養體系。實踐表明，該平臺能有效提升青年教師教學技能水平。

System Based on Private Cloud Platform

【Abstract】： Promoted by cloud computing， mobile internet and virtual reality technology， the practical teaching for students has significantly developed in colleges and universities. Meanwhile， it is still adopting the traditional teaching mode in the new faculty training for the young teachers， for example overstressing theory but neglecting skill and so on. To address the problem， this paper proposes O2O new faculty development system for the young teachers based on the private cloud platform. The experiment shows that the new platform can improve the young teachers teaching skill effectively.

0 ?引言

在知識經濟主體地位凸顯的今天，創新能力培養在高等教育體系中扮演極為重要的角色。在此背景下，教育信息化作為創新能力的催化劑，越來越多地影響著高校教學環節的各個層面。隨著教育信息化的深入發展，云計算技術由于其按需定制方案、個性差異化服務等特點被教育領域廣泛關注和積極應用。

根據CNKI檢索可見，近年來云計算技術在高等教育領域的運用多集中在計算密集的科研平臺、存儲海量的資源備份平臺、以及面向學生的在線教

學平臺三個方面，而針對“云計算+教師學習發展”的實踐研究鳳毛麟角[1-3]。以此為著眼點，本文基于云平臺框架，結合高校教師學習工作的特點，嘗試構建一種適合高校教師，特別是青年教師的O2O（online to offline）學習發展體系[4]。通過實踐，這種實踐體系能夠積極高效地提升青年教師教學水平、促進廣大教師教學模式多樣化生態的形成，為創新人才培養打下堅實的基礎。……
