智能鎖具在電力行業(yè)應(yīng)用的研究

摘 要：本文針對目前配網(wǎng)工作中鎖具及鑰匙管理現(xiàn)狀，結(jié)合電網(wǎng)運(yùn)維管理的全新模式，闡述了智能鎖具的必要性，簡述了智能鎖具管理系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)并進(jìn)一步分析了智能管理鎖具系統(tǒng)的功能，對系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)做了闡述和說明，對產(chǎn)生的實(shí)際效益進(jìn)行分析，展望智能鎖具管理系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用前景，為鎖具的管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化以及現(xiàn)場管控提供某些參考。本文提供了一種解決電力系統(tǒng)內(nèi)配電網(wǎng)環(huán)節(jié)鎖具管理的方案，從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了一把鑰匙打開所有鎖具的功能，大大提高了配電網(wǎng)工作的信息化水平，從而促進(jìn)電力安全生產(chǎn)的有力發(fā)展。

Abstract：According to the present situation of lock and key management in distribution network and the new mode of power grid operation and maintenance management，this paper expounds the necessity of intelligent lock，briefly describes the structure of intelligent lock management system，further analyzes the functions of intelligent lock management system，and expounds and explains the technical difficulties of system implementation. The actual benefits generated are analyzed. The application prospect of intelligent lock management system is forecasted，which provides some references for the standardization and field control of lock management. This paper provides a solution to the distribution network link lock management in the power system，thus realizing the function of a key to open all locks，greatly improving the level of information distribution network work，thus promoting the development of power production safety.

0 引 言

配電網(wǎng)作為電力系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)，其設(shè)備數(shù)量大、種類多、分布范圍廣、工作人員外出工作時需要攜帶大量鑰匙，到達(dá)現(xiàn)場后需要花大量時間查找鑰匙，有時還會出現(xiàn)帶錯鑰匙而無法按時完成工作的情況，影響了工作效率。因此對傳統(tǒng)的鎖具進(jìn)行智能化改造，實(shí)現(xiàn)配電網(wǎng)鎖具規(guī)范化、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化是一項(xiàng)值得研究的重要課題。本文主要介紹了一種在配電網(wǎng)工作中試行的一種智能鎖具管理系統(tǒng)。

1 鎖具智能化的必要性

目前在配網(wǎng)中對環(huán)網(wǎng)柜、配電柜、開閉所、開關(guān)站、分接箱等設(shè)備采用“一個設(shè)備一把鎖一把鑰匙”的傳統(tǒng)閉鎖管理模式，這種管理模式存在以下幾個問題。

（1）配網(wǎng)工作涉及的設(shè)備多，工作范圍大，且工作環(huán)境常在戶外，若因鑰匙帶錯或鎖具更換而導(dǎo)致無法開鎖，工作只能終止，影響配網(wǎng)工作效率。……
