醫院計算機信息處理存在的問題及對策

摘 要：計算機信息處理技術作為數字化醫院的主要產物，其在簡化醫療流程、提升醫療效率、為患者提供更加便捷優質的醫療服務中有著突出作用。與此同時，相較于傳統人工主觀檢查和評估的醫院就診模式，計算機信息處理技術的應用不僅能夠使醫院各項管理工作更為全面、客觀，同時還可全面提高相關信息處理工作的科學性與有效性。但也要注意到，醫院計算機信息處理在具體的應用過程中還存在一定的問題與不足，長遠來看，這對于醫院的發展以及患者臨床治療質量的提高均是極其不利的。鑒于此，本文從醫院計算機信息處理現狀入手，總結了其中的常見問題，并就問題的解決提出了幾點針對性的意見和建議，以供參考。

Abstract：As the main product of digital hospital，computer information processing technology has a prominent role in simplifying the medical process，improving the medical efficiency and providing more convenient and high quality medical service for the patients. At the same time，the computer information processing is compared with the traditional artificial subjective inspection and evaluation of the hospital treatment mode. The application of technology can not only make the hospital management more comprehensive and objective，but also can improve the scientific and effective information processing. But at the same time，it should be noted that there are still some problems and shortcomings in the process of computer information processing in the hospital. In the long run，it is extremely unfavorable to the development of the hospital and the improvement of the quality of the patients’ clinical treatment. In view of this，the article starts with the status of the computer information processing in the hospital，summarizes the common problems，and puts forward some pertinent opinions and suggestions for the solution of the problem.

0 引 言

近年來，隨著我國社會信息化的不斷發展，計算機信息系統在社會各行各業中發揮的作用越來越突出。醫院作為與人民生活息息相關的重要行業，其發展質量的高低與社會的發展息息相關，醫院在不斷加強計算機信息系統建設的過程中，應當將計算機信息系統的安全管理問題作為重點，只有如此才能保證系統切實發揮提高醫療質量的作用。

1 醫院計算機信息處理存在的問題

1.1 缺乏科學合理的信息管理制度
