試論電子信息技術(shù)在企業(yè)安全管理中的應(yīng)用

摘 要：隨著企業(yè)信息化的不斷深入，企業(yè)的安全管理面臨著巨大的挑戰(zhàn)，信息化的安全管理越來(lái)越難，并且企業(yè)由于安全管理因素發(fā)生的問(wèn)題也層出不窮，這種情況嚴(yán)重的影響了企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。因此，企業(yè)的管理人員需要重視企業(yè)的安全管理力度，不斷完善信息安全管理的機(jī)制，從而促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展。基于此背景，本文對(duì)現(xiàn)階段的電子信息技術(shù)在企業(yè)安全管理中的運(yùn)用進(jìn)行了分析，通過(guò)詳細(xì)了解信息化安全管理存在的問(wèn)題，并加以解決，來(lái)為電子信息技術(shù)在企業(yè)安全管理中的運(yùn)用提供某些參考。

Abstract：With the continuous deepening of enterprise information，the security management of enterprises is also facing great challenges. The security management of information is becoming more and more difficult，and the problems of enterprise security management are emerging in endless. This situation seriously affects the sustainable development of the enterprise. Therefore，the managers of enterprises need to pay attention to the safety management of enterprises，constantly improve the mechanism of information security management，so as to promote the development of enterprises. Based on this background，this paper analyzes the application of electronic information technology in the enterprise security management at the present stage，through the detailed understanding of the existing problems of information security management，and to solve it，to provide some reference for the application of electronic information technology in the enterprise security management.

0 引 言

電子信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，對(duì)傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了巨大沖擊，而且我國(guó)持續(xù)執(zhí)行科技興國(guó)政策，這使得傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)逐漸的引進(jìn)先進(jìn)的電子信息技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化的發(fā)展，這讓傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)方式發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化。電子信息技術(shù)具有快速、方便、共享的優(yōu)勢(shì)，所以不斷的被運(yùn)用于企業(yè)的各個(gè)方面，尤其是企業(yè)的管理層次上面，企業(yè)在運(yùn)用電子信息技術(shù)時(shí)，不僅提高了企業(yè)的管理效率也提高了企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。隨著我國(guó)企業(yè)信息化進(jìn)度的不斷加深，對(duì)于電子信息技術(shù)的運(yùn)用的廣度與深度也在不斷加深，但是隨之也帶來(lái)了信息安全問(wèn)題，這對(duì)于企業(yè)深遠(yuǎn)的發(fā)展有著非常不利的影響。近年來(lái)，由于信息安全管理問(wèn)題所導(dǎo)致的企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)問(wèn)題的現(xiàn)象屢見(jiàn)不鮮，商業(yè)的機(jī)密有可能被泄露，從而影響了企業(yè)正常的經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展，對(duì)企業(yè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益造成無(wú)可挽回的損失[1]。……
