病案首頁信息在醫療統計中的重要作用分析

摘 要：醫院的信息資料主要集中病案首頁，也是信息重要的核心部分。病案首頁為醫院提供相關的數據報表和臨床研究等信息，因此病案首頁在醫院信息資料整理中具有非常重要的作用，需要保證病案首頁的信息真實有效。本文主要闡述了病案首頁信息與醫療統計的關系，以及病案首頁信息在醫療統計中的重要作用。

Abstract：The information of the hospital is mainly concentrated in the front page of the medical record，and also the important core part of the information. The homepage of the medical record provides relevant data reports and clinical studies for the hospital，so the home page of the case record plays a very important role in the information arrangement of the hospital，so as to ensure the true and effective information on the front page of the case. This article mainly expounds the relationship between the information of the first page of the medical record and the medical statistics，and the important role of the information of the front page of the medical record in the medical statistics.

0 引 言

隨著科學技術快速的發展，目前人們已經全面走進大數據時代。各行各業已經開始信息化，醫院檔案管理也不例外，面對醫院大量的信息資源，病案首頁可以幫助醫生清楚地了解病人的案例，資源整合的工作人員可以根據病案首頁進行統計和查詢，通過不同的方式對病案信息進行查詢。病案具有廣泛的用途，可以應用于衛生統計和醫學質量管理等方面。

1 病案首頁信息與醫療統計的關系
