軍工企業檔案信息資源開發利用中存在的問題與對策

摘 要：當前軍工企業在檔案信息資源開發利用中存在緊跟主業主動作為、服務意識不夠的問題，信息技術發展給檔案工作帶來了新的變化與挑戰，檔案工作存在著重整理輕開發，檔案人才隊伍能力與發展要求不符等問題，針對這些問題本文提出了一些具有針對性的解決對策以期能夠促進軍工企業檔案信息資源的開發利用。

Abstract：In the current development and utilization of archives information resources，there is not enough service awareness in the development and utilization of archives information resources. The development of information technology has brought new changes and challenges to the archives work. The archival work has the importance of sorting out and not pay attention to development. The ability of archival talents is not consistent with the requirements of development. In view of these problems，this paper puts forward some targeted solutions in order to promote the development and utilization of military enterprise archives information resources.

0 引 言

檔案工作是黨和國家各項事業的重要組成部分，在國民經濟建設中發揮著不可替代的作用，尤其對軍工企業來講，在科研生產工作中形成的檔案信息資源是其過去的全部“生命”，其涉及企業的安全，更關系到企業的發展成敗。實現軍工企業檔案信息資源的有效開發利用，最大限度地挖掘軍工企業檔案的價值，已成為軍工企業檔案事業發展的必然趨勢，只有不斷研究檔案開發利用工作中的新特點和新問題，才能適應新時期軍工企業檔案事業的發展要求，為軍工企業科研工作提供有力檔案技術服務支撐。但目前軍工企業檔案信息資源開發利用中還存在一些不容忽視的問題，急需找到化解之策。本文就著眼于此提出自己的意見和建議。
