江西統計基礎平臺數據庫的設計思路

摘 要：建立統計基礎平臺數據庫，能夠合理高效的利用宏觀信息資源，保證信息交換渠道暢通，使統計信息管理、數據發布、共享工作走入標準化、規范化的軌道。統計基礎平臺數據庫是以統計數據為基礎，由微觀數據庫、宏觀數據庫、主題數據庫構成的統計數據庫體系，其為江西宏觀經濟數據庫提供有力支撐，并通過地方的政務網絡資源，提供權威、豐富的統計信息及多樣、方便的檢索查詢服務功能。江西統計基礎平臺數據庫一旦建成，將對統計局已有各種寶貴的數據資源進行電子化、標準化，并對統計數據資源進行歸檔管理，然后以此對歸檔的統計數據資源進行加工、整合、清洗。這將有效解決各類統計信息的科學管理和統計信息資源的共享的問題，可以更好地為政府宏觀經濟決策和社會各界提供優質的統計信息服務。

Abstract：The establishment of a statistical basic platform database enables the rational and efficient use of macro information resources to ensure the smooth flow of information exchange，and to make statistical information management，data release and sharing work into a standardized track. The statistical basic platform database is a statistical database system composed of micro-databases，macro-databases and subject databases based on statistical data. It provides strong support for Jiangxi macro-economic database and provides authoritative and rich statistical information through local government network resources. And a variety of convenient search service functions. Once the database of Jiangxi statistical basic platform is built，all kinds of valuable data resources of the bureau will be electronically，standardized，and the data resources are archived and managed，and then the archived statistical data resources are processed，integrated and cleaned. This will effectively solve the problem of scientific management of various statistical information and the sharing of statistical information resources，and can better provide high-quality statistical information services for government macroeconomic decision-making and the community.

1 概述

江西統計基礎平臺數據庫建設是以大數據時代為背景，為滿足統計現代化改革發展要求，實現基于統計大數據管理與應用的有力舉措。統計基礎平臺數據庫建成后，將大大提高統計數據的管理水平和統計工作的工作效率。

1.1 提高管理規范，實現宏觀數據的集中和標準化管理

基于國家統計局元數據標準，全面實現宏觀數據“進的來”“管的好”“出的去”，通過采集各專業、各部門及各類宏觀數據，建設宏觀數據庫。
