房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪中現(xiàn)代數(shù)字技術(shù)的實(shí)踐探索

摘 要：現(xiàn)代數(shù)字技術(shù)在房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪中的應(yīng)用實(shí)踐能夠有效克服傳統(tǒng)測(cè)繪方式中的不足，對(duì)房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪工作效率與質(zhì)量的提升都有著非常大的促進(jìn)作用。本文主要對(duì)現(xiàn)代數(shù)字測(cè)繪技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了闡述，并進(jìn)一步分析了現(xiàn)代數(shù)字技術(shù)在房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪中的具體應(yīng)用實(shí)踐，進(jìn)而探討了加強(qiáng)房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪中現(xiàn)代數(shù)字技術(shù)應(yīng)用的措施，以供相關(guān)人員參考。

Abstract：The application of modern digital technology in real estate surveying and mapping can effectively overcome the shortcomings of the traditional surveying and mapping methods，and promote the improvement of the efficiency and quality of the work of real estate surveying and mapping. This paper expounds the characteristics of modern digital surveying and mapping technology，and further analyzes the practical application of modern digital technology in real estate surveying and mapping，and then discusses the measures to strengthen the application of modern digital technology in real estate surveying and mapping in order to provide reference for the relevant personnel.

0 引 言

最近，不動(dòng)產(chǎn)登記工作在我國(guó)各地全面開展，房產(chǎn)作為不動(dòng)產(chǎn)中最重要的部分，房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪工作在房產(chǎn)確權(quán)以及發(fā)證服務(wù)中發(fā)揮著至關(guān)重要的作用。隨著現(xiàn)代測(cè)繪技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展，各種數(shù)字測(cè)繪技術(shù)逐步應(yīng)用在房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪工作中，這對(duì)房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪相關(guān)工作人員提出了更高要求。現(xiàn)代數(shù)字測(cè)繪技術(shù)應(yīng)成為當(dāng)前房產(chǎn)信息化發(fā)展的主要手段，對(duì)這些技術(shù)進(jìn)行充分了解和掌握，是現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)房產(chǎn)測(cè)繪人員的首要任務(wù)。

1 現(xiàn)代測(cè)繪技術(shù)的特點(diǎn)

1.1 測(cè)繪工程內(nèi)、外業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)一體化

現(xiàn)代測(cè)繪屬于集成測(cè)繪技術(shù)，將內(nèi)外業(yè)以及繪圖作業(yè)有效結(jié)合在一起實(shí)現(xiàn)了一體化，從而促使測(cè)繪工程的組織形式以及作業(yè)方式等各個(gè)方面，不斷向以計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)為中心的高度集成化趨勢(shì)發(fā)展，現(xiàn)代測(cè)繪技術(shù)的集成化表明了測(cè)繪相關(guān)科學(xué)技術(shù)已經(jīng)沖破了手工機(jī)械時(shí)代的桎梏，進(jìn)入了信息化時(shí)代。
