基于用戶投影尋蹤模型在大學生應聘平臺綜合測評的應用

摘 要：本文以匯博人才網應聘平臺為研究對象，從應聘崗位、應聘年齡、學歷、工作經驗四個方面構建了應聘平臺發展水平評價指標體系，收集了53517條相關指標數據，并采用基于實數編碼遺傳算法優化的投影尋蹤模型，對各個應聘平臺發展水平進行實證研究，還利用空間自相關的方法對空間格局的相關性態勢進行分析。根據綜合測評結果表明我國各大應聘平臺的發展情況以及當下社會的就業趨勢，能夠更好的讓更多用人單位有更好的選擇，也讓大學生們認清當下社會就業形勢，根據不同崗位的招聘需求來完善自己，從而解決應聘及就業問題。

Abstract：This paper takes Huibo talent net application platform as the research object，constructs the evaluation index system of the development level of the application platform from four aspects of the post，the age，the academic background and the work experience，and collects 53517 related index data. The projection pursuit model based on real coding genetic algorithm is adopted to study the development level of every job application platform，and the spatial autocorrelation method is used to analyze the correlation situation of spatial pattern. According to the comprehensive evaluation results，it shows the development of the major job application platforms in China and the employment trend of the current society，which can better enable more employers to have a better job. It also lets the university student recognize the present social employment situation，according to the different post recruitment demand to perfect oneself，thus solves the employment and the employment question.

0 引 言

根據我國教育部的數據統計，每年的高校畢業生人數持上升趨勢，2017年將高達795萬人，經濟下行壓力持續加大。并且，市場有效需求不足，在供給持續高漲，有效需求量不足的情況下，畢業生就業結構失衡也更為突出。根據中國人力資源部的調查，三至四線城市和部分地區的高職畢業生需求不足，畢業生就業機會也相對較少。

1 研究方法

1.1 當下的應聘平臺

我國傳統的三大招聘網站：前程無憂、智聯招聘、中華英才網，新興的招聘網站有：就位網、職脈圈等，垂直招聘網站有：拉勾網，獵頭招聘網站有：獵聘網、獵上網等，社交招聘網站有：大街網、內推網等，綜合分類信息網站有：58同城、趕集網、百姓網等等，全國有不計其數的大中小型應聘平臺，每個平臺都有他們自己獨特的優點?！?br>
