摘 要:為了探討育苗基質在蔬菜生長方面的應用,開展了軟盤穴播及人工砌廂2種不同育苗基質播種方式對白菜生長發育影響的試驗。在不同時期調查統計試驗樣品株高、生長勢及產量,篩選適宜的白菜品種。研究結果表明,參試白菜品種在無土栽培中,自留高桿白菜株高最高、產量最高,播種方式以人工砌廂效果較好。

Effect of Different Seedling Raising Methods on the Growth of Chinese Cabbage

Abstract:In order to explore the application of seedling substrates in vegetable growth,the effects of two different substrates sowing:soft disk hill drilling and artificial box on the growth and development of chinese cabbage were studied.the plant height,growth potential and yield were investigated in different periods,and the suitable cabbage varieties were selected by data comparison.the results showed that in soilless cultivation,the highest and highest leaves and the highest yield of the self-retaining high-rod cabbage seedling were planted in artificial box.

無土栽培具有作物生長快、產量高、品質好、無公害、節水省肥等優點。為了提高產量和降低成本,選擇適宜的品種以提高經濟效益,是無土栽培首要考慮的問題[1-5]。因此,選用適宜的白菜品種,采用合理的播種方式尤為重要。筆者開展了篩選適于安慶地區育苗基質生產的白菜品種及播種方式試驗,以提高經濟效益,為生產應用提供參考。
1 材料與方法
1.1 供試品種 供試品種為自留矮白菜,華禾中梗白(安徽省華禾種業有限公司)、束腰矮腳白菜(株洲市農之子種業有限公司)、春雪五號(安徽省華禾種業有限公司)、南京矮腳黃(武漢星原種苗商行)、白雪公主(江西省豐城市航城種業有限公司)、自留高桿白菜。
1.2 試驗方法 試驗所用育苗基質為江蘇興農基質科技有限公司(鎮江興農有機肥有限公司)。試驗采用2種播種方式:軟盤穴播及人工砌廂(用切制好的大理石廢料圍成播種蔬菜的廂,廂內土壤上先鋪約4cm的河砂,河砂上鋪育苗基質約3cm)。試驗地點在安慶市海口鎮安慶市農業科學研究所試驗基地進行。……
