摘 要:通過白、藍(lán)、紅3種光質(zhì)對茄子幼苗進(jìn)行同期處理,分別檢測經(jīng)不同光質(zhì)處理后茄子幼苗葉綠素、可溶性糖、總SOD、Cu-Zn-SOD、CAT、可溶性蛋白的含量。結(jié)果表明,茄子幼苗在紅光和藍(lán)光處理下有利于葉綠素的合成,但是在紅光或藍(lán)光處理下均不利于茄子幼苗可溶性糖的積累,藍(lán)、紅2種色光對茄子幼苗總SOD、Cu-Zn-SOD的積累有促進(jìn)作用,紅光處理下有利于茄子幼苗CAT酶的積累,而藍(lán)光處理下茄子幼苗CAT酶的合成受到抑制,紅光或藍(lán)光處理下有利于其可溶性蛋白的積累??梢姡炎佑酌鐚赓|(zhì)敏感,通過采用藍(lán)、紅2種光質(zhì)處理茄子幼苗可以在一定程度上促進(jìn)了茄子幼苗的生長。

The Influence of Different Light Environment Eggplant Seedling Physiological and Biochemical Indexes

Abstract:Eggplant seedlings were treated with white,blue and red light and the content of chlorophyll,soluble sugar,total SOD,cu-zn-sod,CAT and soluble protein of eggplant seedlings after different light quality effects were measured,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the reasonable use of light technology in agricultural greenhouses brinjal-growing.The results showed that eggplant seedlings treated with red light and blue light was favorable for the synthesis of chlorophyll but the eggplant seedlings under the treatment of red or blue light was not good for the accumulation of soluble sugar.Both blue and red colors promoted the accumulation of total SOD and cu-zn-sod of eggplant seedlings,and red light was favorable for the accumulation of CAT enzyme in eggplant seedlings while blue light treatment prevented the synthesis of CAT enzyme in eggplant seedlings.Red or blue light treatment was good for the accumulation of soluble protein.It can be seen that eggplant seedlings are sensitive to light.The growth of eggplant seedlings can be promoted to some extent by the treatment of blue and red light quality in eggplant seedlings.

1 引言
一切綠色植物的生長都離不開光,可以說,沒有光就沒有綠色植物[1]。光除了為植物光合作用提供能量外,還影響其幾乎所有的發(fā)育階段,如光調(diào)節(jié)發(fā)芽、莖的生長、向光性、葉綠素的合成、蛋白類物質(zhì)的合成,淀粉糖類的積累等。光源對植物生長的影響主要包括光強、光周期、光質(zhì)和光照等幾個方面[2],而光質(zhì)作為光的重要組成部分,對植物的影響尤為明顯。隨著農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,大棚類植物大都采用補光技術(shù)來提高作物的產(chǎn)量。目前,已有大量關(guān)于不同光質(zhì)對植物影響的報道,按類別大致可分為糧食作物和經(jīng)濟(jì)作物等。
