中西醫結合治療慢性乙型肝炎肝纖維化及早期肝硬化的效果分析

[摘要] 目的 探討中西醫結合治療慢性乙型肝炎肝纖維化及早期肝硬化的效果。方法 方便選取2017年1—12月收治的36例慢性乙型肝炎肝纖維化及早期肝硬化患者，以數字表法分組。對照組采用單純西醫方法進行治療，觀察組則給予中西醫結合方案進行治療。比較兩組慢性乙型肝炎肝纖維化及早期肝硬化治療效果；治療前后肝功能水平和指標；干預前后患者肝纖維化水平和指標；肝區疼痛消失時間、肝腫大消失時間、腹脹消失時間。結果 觀察組慢性乙型肝炎肝纖維化及早期肝硬化治療效果高于對照組[17例（94.44%） vs 11 例（61.11%）]（χ2=10.946，P<0.05）；干預前兩組肝功能水平和指標相近（P>0.05）；干預后觀察組肝功能水平和指標優于對照組（P<0.05）。干預前兩組肝纖維化水平和指標相近（P>0.05）；干預后觀察組肝纖維化水平和指標優于對照組（P<0.05）。觀察組肝區疼痛消失時間、肝腫大消失時間、腹脹消失時間（9.51±1.41）、（8.21±1.61）、（8.13±1.21）周短于對照組（t=8.292、9.077、7.746，P<0.05）。結論 中西醫結合治療慢性乙型肝炎肝纖維化及早期肝硬化的效果確切，可有效改善肝功能，延緩肝硬化進程，加速癥狀消失，縮短療程，值得推廣。

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B with hepatic fibrosis and early cirrhosis. Methods From January to December 2017， 36 patients with chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis and early liver cirrhosis were convenient divided into groups according to the digital table. The control group was treated with western medicine only， while the observation group was treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The effect of treatment on liver fibrosis and early cirrhosis in patients with chronic hepatitis B were compared between the two groups. The level of liver function and index before and after treatment， the level of hepatic fibrosis and the index of liver fibrosis before and after intervention， the disappearance time of liver pain， disappearance of hepatomegaly， disappearance of bloating. Results The observation group of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis and early liver cirrhosis treatment effect higher than the control group [17 cases（94.44%） vs 11 cases（61.11%）]（χ2=10.946， P <0.05）； before the intervention the liver function levels and indicators are similar（P>0.05） After the intervention， the liver function and the index of the observation group were better than the control group（P<0.05）. The level of liver fibrosis and the indexes were similar between the two groups before intervention （P>0.05）. After intervention， the level and index of liver fibrosis in the observation group were better than those in the control group（P<0.05）. The disappearance time of hepatic pain， disappearance time of hepatomegaly， and disappearance time of abdominal distension in the observation group were （9.51±1.41）， （8.21±1.61）， and （8.13±1.21）weeks， which were shorter than those in the control group（t=8.292， 9.077，7.746， P<0.05）. Conclusion Integrative Chinese and Western medicine treatment of chronic hepatitis B liver fibrosis and early cirrhosis are of the exact effect， can effectively improve liver function， delay the process of liver cirrhosis， accelerate the disappearance of symptoms， shorten the course of treatment， so it is worth promoting.
