王鎂教授辨治糖尿病腎病臨床經驗拾萃

【摘 要】 糖尿病腎臟疾病是糖尿病最常見的慢性微血管并發癥之一，同時是導致終末期腎衰竭的主要病因之一，嚴重影響患者的生活和生存質量，長期口服藥及胰島素的應用增加了糖尿病患者的經濟負擔。王鎂教授對糖尿病腎病的治療有著自己豐富的經驗和獨具特色的見解，總結王鎂教授的臨床經驗和體會，基于中醫“先天之精需依賴后天之精不斷充養”理論創立的以健脾為主，兼補腎活血的中藥復方糖腎安煎劑，靈活辨治，效果良好，并舉驗案兩則，以資鑒考。

Abstract：Diabetic kidney disease is one of the most common chronic diabetic microvascular complications， and is leading to a major cause of end-stage renal disease， seriously affect the patients quality of life and survival， the application of long-term oral drugs and insulin has greatly increased the economic burden of the patients with diabetes. Professor Wang Mei for the treatment of diabetic nephropathy has its own rich experience and unique insights， this paper summarizes professor Wang Meis clinical experience and experience， based on the traditional Chinese medicine "the congenital essence and acquired essence depends on continuous filling support theory with strengthening the spleen， kidney and tonifying kidney and activating blood sugar compound Anne decoction， flexible differentiation， the effect is good， and there are two case， with reference to test.

糖尿病患者最主要的一種并發癥就是糖尿病腎病，近年來在我國的發病率呈明顯上升趨勢，已成為臨床上引起終末期腎病的第2種主要原因。因患者代謝紊亂較復雜，一旦發展成為終末期腎病，治療起來較為棘手[1]。王鎂教授從事內分泌代謝疾病的科研、教學和臨床工作已接近30余年，對糖尿病腎病的治療和預防有著豐富的經驗和心得體會，在糖尿病腎病的辨證治療方面思路清晰，辨證得當，效果獨特。關于其辨證分型，各醫家觀點不一。王鎂教授指出，腎消一病，不外乎虛實兩端，或為以虛為主，虛中夾實，或為以實為主，實中夾虛，單純虛證實證實為罕見。實證多為肝膽郁熱，痰濕蘊脾，濁精下注；虛證多以脾腎虧虛，精微失調為主，均可兼夾痰濁、氣滯、瘀毒。現將王鎂教授治療糖尿病腎病經驗加以總結，介紹如下。……
