前清蛋白在肝吸蟲病早期肝損害治療中的臨床價值分析

【摘要】 目的：觀察對于肝吸蟲病早期肝損害患者的治療中采用前清蛋白的臨床價值分析。方法：將在藤縣人民醫院近期（2016年2月-2017年2月）收治的肝吸蟲患者89例設置試驗組，給予對癥治療。并選擇同期健康體檢中健康者90例設置對照組。抽血檢測對照組血清前清蛋白（PA）及清蛋白（ALB）含量并與試驗組治療前、治療4周比較，并分析PA水平與療效的關系。結果：治療前試驗組PA、ALB水平明顯低于對照組，差異均有統計學意義（t=15.693，5.067，P<0.001）。治療后4周試驗組PA、ALB水平明顯上升，PA水平明顯高于對照組，差異有統計學意義（t=6.922，P<0.001），但ALB水平與對照組比較差異無統計學意義（t=1.335，P>0.05）。采用阿苯達唑片治療后4周，臨床總有效率為100%，且療效越優，PA水平越高。結論：在肝吸蟲病早期肝損害患者的臨床診斷及治療中，前清蛋白水平可很好地反映出早期肝功能改變，并根據其水平判斷其損害程度，效果理想，具有臨床推廣價值。

The Clinical Value Analysis of Treatment with Prealbumin in Early Liver Damage Liver Fluke Disease/JIANG Xiujie.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2018，16（12）：24-26

【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical value of liver fluke disease early liver injury in treatment of patients with prealbumin.Method：A total of 89 patients with liver fluke in Tengxian Peoples Hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected as the experimental group，were given symptomatic treatment.Meanwhile，90 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group.The serum prealbumin（PA） and albumin （ALB） of the control group and the content of the experimental group before treatment，4 weeks after treatment were compared by blood testing，and the relationship between the PA level and the curative effect were analyzed.Result：Before treatment，the levels of PA and ALB in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.001）.After 4 weeks of treatment，the levels of PA and ALB in experimental group were significantly increased，and the level of PA was significantly higher than that in control group（P<0.001），but there was no significant difference in the level of ALB between the two groups（P>0.05）.After treatment with Albendazole Tablets，the total effective rate of 4 weeks was 100%.The higher the curative effect was，the higher the PA level was.Conclusion：In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the patients with liver fluke disease early liver damage，the albumin level of the prealbumin can reflect the early liver function change well，and judge the degree of damage according to its level，the effect is ideal，it is worthy of popularization in clinical.
