電磁刺激和中藥導(dǎo)入治療高血壓合并頑固性頭痛的分析

【摘要】目的 分析總結(jié)在臨床上采用頭顱電磁刺激和經(jīng)臍中穴中藥導(dǎo)入治療高血壓合并頑固性頭痛的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。方法 選取我院2016年1月至8月所診治的因?yàn)榻祲翰焕岸喾N因素包括疲勞、煙酒過量、藥物導(dǎo)致的血壓持續(xù)升高而出現(xiàn)頑固性頭痛的患者40例，單盲隨機(jī)分為藥物組20例和治療儀組20例。藥物組20例頭痛患者在調(diào)整降壓藥的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用平痛新、卡馬西平、鎮(zhèn)腦寧膠囊、復(fù)方羊角膠囊、西比靈、正天丸口服進(jìn)行治療。治療儀組20例頭痛患者在調(diào)整降壓藥的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用乾坤寶治療儀經(jīng)頭顱電磁刺激及加增強(qiáng)劑清心瀉火、平肝利腎，活血化瘀中藥片經(jīng)臍中穴中藥導(dǎo)入進(jìn)行治療。5天后藥物組與治療儀組進(jìn)行療效比對。結(jié)果 藥物組患者經(jīng)過5天的用藥后，顯效者有14例，有效者有4例，2例無效，有效率為90%；治療儀組患者經(jīng)過5天的治療后，顯效者有17例，有效者有3例，無效0例，有效率為100%；兩組療效經(jīng)過處理，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。

結(jié)論 在臨床上應(yīng)用乾坤寶治療儀治療高血壓合并的頑固性頭痛，可收到令人滿意的療效，值得推廣應(yīng)用。

【Abstract】Objective To analyze and summarize the application in treatment of Qiankun Bao hypertension complicated with intractable headache experience in clinic.Methods In our hospital from January 2016 to August and because of unfavorable factors including antihypertensive and fatigue，excessive alcohol，drug induced blood pressure continued to increase the appearance of 40 cases of intractable headache patients.Randomly divided into medication group of 20 cases and treatment group of 20 cases. 20 cases of headache patients in the drug group based on the application of antihypertensive drugs to adjust nefopam，C Masi Bing， zhennaoning capsule，compound Yangjiao capsule， flunarizine，Zhengtianwan pill oral treatment.Treatment group 20 cases headache patients based on adjustment of antihypertensive drugs by Qiankun Bao therapeutic instrument and reinforcing agent for clearing heart fire，liver and kidney， promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis were treated.5 days after drug group and treatment group curative effect comparison.Results 20 cases of patients with headache medicine group after 5 days after treatment. Markedly 14 cases，effective 4 cases，2 cases were invalid，effective rate was 90%；20 cases of headache treatment group after 5 days of treatment，markedly 17 cases，effective 3 cases，invalid 0 cases， efficiency of 100%； the curative effect of the two groups after（P<0.05）.statistical treatment.The difference was significant.Conclusion Persistent application in treatment of hypertension with Qiankun treasure in clinical headache，can get satisfactory effect，it is worthy of popularization and application.

高血壓合并頭痛是神經(jīng)科很常見的病癥，在血壓控制不理想異常波動時，許多患者的頭痛表現(xiàn)更為突出，常常不會自行緩解而呈頑固性，現(xiàn)回顧我院2016年1月至8月所診治的因?yàn)榻祲翰焕岸喾N因素包括疲勞、煙酒過量、藥物導(dǎo)致的血壓持續(xù)升高而出現(xiàn)頑固性頭痛的患者20例，在調(diào)整降壓藥的基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用乾坤寶治療儀對癥治療，患者經(jīng)過頭顱電磁刺激和中藥臍中穴導(dǎo)入治療取得了預(yù)想不到的療效，分析如下。……
