血站采供血護(hù)理人員與青少年獻(xiàn)血者溝通技巧探究

【摘要】目的 研究血站采供血護(hù)理人員與青少年獻(xiàn)血者的溝通技巧。方法 選取2017年5月至2017年12月血站獻(xiàn)血青少年共計(jì)500名，對其臨床資料進(jìn)行回顧性分析，通過言語溝通技巧、人文關(guān)懷、預(yù)防突發(fā)事件和全局掌控意識(shí)等，調(diào)查患者獻(xiàn)血滿意率，通過一年隨訪調(diào)查得出重復(fù)獻(xiàn)血率。結(jié)果 血站選取的500名青少年獻(xiàn)血者均獻(xiàn)血成功，且在整個(gè)獻(xiàn)血過程中均未出現(xiàn)任何不良反應(yīng)，滿意498例，總滿意率為99.6%，且青少年獻(xiàn)血者感覺較好，經(jīng)一年隨訪后重復(fù)獻(xiàn)血2～3次青少年412例，重復(fù)獻(xiàn)血率為82.4%。結(jié)論 血站采供血護(hù)理人員通過溝通技巧與青少年獻(xiàn)血者良好、有效溝通，能夠消除青少年獻(xiàn)血者的獻(xiàn)血恐懼感和緊張感，提高青少年獻(xiàn)血者愉悅感，有利于其順利獻(xiàn)血的同時(shí)，重復(fù)獻(xiàn)血率在青少年中明顯

提高。

【Abstract】Objective To study the communication skills between blood supply and blood donors and young donors.Methods Choose between May 2017 and December 2017 blood stations a total of 500 teenagers blood donation to the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed， through verbal communication skills， humanistic care， prevention， emergency control and global consciousness， etc.， survey patient satisfaction， blood donation through repeated blood donation rate one year follow-up survey.Results Blood stations selected 500 teenagers donate blood donors are successful， and in the whole process of blood donation without any adverse reaction， satisfied with 498 cases，the overall satisfaction rate was 99.6%， and feel better about teenagers blood donors， after one year follow-up after repeated 2-3 times youth， 412 cases of blood donation，repeated blood at a rate of 82.4%.Conclusion Blood stations CaiGongXie nursing staff through good communication skills and adolescent blood donors，effective communication， to eliminate blood donors blood donation fear and tension， improve blood pleasure， is conducive to the smooth blood donation at the same time， repeated blood donation rate in adolescents has

當(dāng)下，獻(xiàn)血在社會(huì)中越來越常見，且呈現(xiàn)年輕化趨勢，但是，由于青少年獻(xiàn)血者對獻(xiàn)血知識(shí)了解程度不夠，獻(xiàn)血前常會(huì)產(chǎn)生諸如焦躁、緊張等不良情緒[1-2]，影響采血工作順利進(jìn)行，而血站采供血護(hù)理人員通過溝通技巧與青少年獻(xiàn)血者良好溝通，有效的溝通能夠?qū)⒀竟ぷ髦兴枰母黝愋畔⑦M(jìn)行獲取，還能夠增進(jìn)與青少年獻(xiàn)血者之間的關(guān)系，青少年獻(xiàn)血者滿意度的提高在一定程度上增加了重復(fù)獻(xiàn)血率，對于穩(wěn)定、擴(kuò)大獻(xiàn)血隊(duì)伍來說起到積極的作用和影響[3-4]。本研究針對血站采供血護(hù)理人員與青少年獻(xiàn)血者溝通技巧進(jìn)行探究，具體報(bào)道內(nèi)容如下
