[摘 要]隨著我國新課改的深入發展,教學模式與教育理念均有大幅創新,在提升教學綜合質量的同時,教師期許通過教育體系創新,為社會輸送更多優質人才。以市場營銷專業為例,從供給側角度對我國應用型本科高校育人生態體系設計及運作機制建設進行闡述,旨在推動我國高校育人綜合能力的進一步提升。

Abstract: With the further development of the new curriculum reform in China, both the teaching model and the educational idea have been innovated greatly. While improving the overall quality of teaching, teachers hope through the education system innovation to transport more high quality talent for the society. This article takes the marketing major as an example, from the angle of supply side to expounds the design and operation mechanism construction of the education ecological system of the applied undergraduate colleges in China in order to promote the comprehensive effectiveness of college education in China.

在我國本科高校育人體系落實過程中,缺乏從供給側視角對育人生態體系和運作機制的科學設計,無法有效提升高校教育教學綜合實效,影響了學生就業率。基于此,本文以市場營銷專業為例,從供給側視角研究應用型高校育人生態體系設計及運作機制,以期為我國本科高校育人水平提升提供參考。
一、供給側角度出發培養應用型人才的重要性
我國本科高校諸多專業與市場營銷專業類似,都具有極強的市場導向性。這就要求應用型本科高校應該從供給側角度出發,全面提升學生綜合素養,將教育內容與市場需求緊密契合,積極推進教育創新與實踐的步伐,最終實現為社會培育優質應用型專業人才這一目標。
首先,以供給側角度定位并培養應用型人才,有利于高校人才輸送更“接地氣”。缺乏理論指導的實踐無法保障方向的正確性,所學理論若離開實踐,缺乏與市場脈動的關聯,必將使教育綜合成效大打折扣。……
