基于遙感技術近現代成都區域空間結構演變研究

【摘 要】快速城鎮化過程中產生的城市蔓延、結構混亂等問題，對城市科學合理擴張造成了重大影響，通過跨時間段分析城市空間結構演化能夠清楚的認知到城市發展演化的現狀1。本文主要應用遙感技術對1995年、2005年、2010年和2016年的四期成都區域遙感影像從城市空間結構演變的時間進行了釋譯，重點解讀了近現代以來成都在研究時間區段內區域空間結構的演變特征和區域空間結構構成要素構成，通過定性研究與定量研究的方法，得出近現代成都區域空間結構演變的特征及存在的主要問題，為新一輪成都市的總體規劃編制中科學合理確定城市發展方向及規模提供思路。

【Abstract】Urban sprawl and structural chaos in the process of rapid urbanization have a great impact on the rational expansion of urban science. The current status of urban development and evolution can be clearly recognized by analyzing urban spatial structure evolution over time periods. The problems of urban sprawl and structural chaos in the process of rapid urbanization have had a significant impact on the rational expansion of urban science. The present situation of urban spatial structure evolution can be clearly recognized by analyzing urban spatial structure evolution across time periods. This paper mainly uses remote sensing technology to interpret the time of evolution of Chengdu regional remote sensing images from urban spatial structure in 1995， 2005， 2010 and 2016. The characteristics and main problems of the regional spatial structure evolution in Chengdu in modern times are obtained in order to provide a way to determine the direction and scale of urban development scientifically and reasonably in the overall planning of the new Chengdu.

0 引言

2013年12月，《中央城鎮化工作會議公報》提出“城市規劃要由擴張性規劃逐步轉向限定城市邊界、優化空間結構的規劃”；2014年發布的《國家新型城鎮化規劃》明確 “合理控制城鎮開發邊界，優化城市空間結構，促進城市緊湊發展，提高國土空間利用效率”。 快速城鎮化過程中產生的城市蔓延、結構混亂等問題，對城市科學合理確定城市規模造成了重大影響。

成都作為新一線城市，其的區域空間結構的形成與演變也具有其特殊性和代表性，對其研究極具學術價值和非富的現實意義2。本文通過遙感技術來研究城市空間結構演化的問題，可以清晰、直觀的的對近20年成都的空間結構演變做出釋譯，為新一輪成都總體規劃的編制提供思路，重塑城市發展動力和競爭力。……
