【摘 要】校外托管教育作為一種新的教育行業在全國各地開始盛行,其存在填補了學校教育和家庭教育的空缺。一定程度上,校外托管教育為學生、家長和老師帶來相當的便利和輔助,但與此同時校外托管教育存在的問題也不容忽視。通過對學生、家長及老師的調查發現,一方面托管機構辦學質量存在良莠不齊,另一方面托管教育會增加學生負擔,不利于學校教師完成課堂教學任務。因此需要理性看待校外托管教育作用,家長和老師仍是學生教育發展義不容辭的責任者。

Trusteeship is not an Excuse: The Present Situation and Influence of Pupils Out of School Trusteeship Education

【Abstract】As a new education industry, off-campus trusteeship education began to prevail all over the country. Its existence fills the gap between school education and family education. To a certain extent, the out-of-school trusteeship education brings considerable convenience and assistance to students, parents and teachers, but at the same time, the problems in out-trusteeship education can not be ignored. Through the investigation of students, parents and teachers, it is found that on the one hand, the quality of running schools in custodian institutions varies greatly; on the other hand, managed education increases the students burden, which is not conducive to the completion of classroom teaching tasks by school teachers. Therefore,we need to rationally consider the role of off-campus trusteeship education. Parents and teachers are still the obligatory responsibility for the development of students education.

教育作為促進個人全面發展、推動社會迅猛進步的重要力量,關系到每代新人思想道德、實踐能力和創新精神的培養和提高,社會各方對兒童教育的問題越來越關注。校外托管教育作為一種社會教育形式,一直備受各界的關注,然而對托管教育的研究一直沒有引起相關教育工作者的重視。本文通過對江蘇省某地級市若干所校外托管機構調查研究,借助問卷調查、訪談等方式調查了被托管學生、學生家長以及在校老師,探究了當前小學生校外托管教育的現狀及影響。通過本研究調查分析,以期引起社會對小學生校外托管的關注,幫助社會營造一個更好的兒童成長環境,推動校外托管教育進一步更好的發展。
1 校外托管機構產生原因
