理論—虛擬—實際操作教學體系在《靜脈藥物配置》教學中的應用

【摘 要】靜脈藥物配置是一門操作性極強的專業選修課，對接著醫療單位中的靜配中心崗位。但是學校內部資源僅能提供理論知識的學習，無法完成實際操作練習。本文以這一問題為導向，探討通過引進虛擬軟件，并結合實訓實驗室的條件，構建理論——虛擬模擬學習——實際操作練習的教學體系。

Application of Theory-Virtual-Practical Teaching System in Teaching “Venous Drug Configuration”

【Abstract】Intravenous drug delivery is a highly selective and professional elective course， which is followed by the statutory center positions in medical units. However， the internal resources of the school can only provide theoretical knowledge of learning， can not complete the practical exercises. Based on this issue， this paper discusses how to construct the teaching system of virtual simulation learning-practical operation through the introduction of virtual software and the conditions of practical training laboratory.

《靜脈藥物配置》是醫藥類專業學生的專業選修課[1]，學習的時間安排在專業課程學習之后，學生實習開始之前，以利于進入醫療單位的學生能更好的進行實習[2]。課程主要介紹基本的靜脈藥物配制技術的發展情況，應用范圍和基本臨床藥物配置操作，通過教學和實訓，使學生能基本掌握靜脈藥物配制技術，了解醫療單位的靜脈藥物配置過程。

目前課程最大的難點在于理論教學和實踐教學的結合環節，如何讓兩者能夠很好的結合。同時，本課程是以藥理學，生理學，基礎醫學等課程為先導課程，在此基礎上進行不同類別藥物的配置，對學生的知識掌握也有較高的要求。面對以上的問題，我們探索以單元模塊化的教學，將靜脈藥物配置理論知識分為七大模塊，涵蓋臨床所有種類的藥物配置，并且每一單元理論教學直接對接實踐教學，實現單元教學的理實一體化。但是到了實踐教學，現實情況卻是場地有限，學生數量大，在有限的教學時間里，每位學生上手操作的時間很有限。……
