【摘 要】本文分析了青年教師在教學初期的優(yōu)勢和不足,并結合青年教師自身特質以及藥理學的學科特點,提出了幾項建議:備課過程中提前了解學生學情、全盤把握教材、合理擴展教學內(nèi)容并精心準備教學課件;在授課過程中合理運用多種教學方法和手段,適當調(diào)動課堂氣氛,形成自己的教學風格。

Discussion on How to Improve Pharmacological Teaching Ability for Young Teachers in Pharmaceutical

【Abstract】In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of young teachers in the their initial career stage were analyzed, and some suggestions were put forward according to the characteristics of young teachers and pharmacology. Something can be done during lesson preparation stage as follwos, to understand the students' learning situation ahead of schedule, to grasp the teaching materials reasonably, to reasonably extend the teaching content and carefully prepare teaching courseware. For the teaching process, there also had something can be done,for example, to use a variety of teaching methods reasonable and to properly mobilize the class atmosphere to form their own teaching style.

一直以來,青年教師都是教師隊伍里一個非常重要的組成部分,是承擔教育教學工作的主力軍和后備軍。青年教師教學能力的高低,也從一個側面反映了一個學校的教學質量以及對學生的責任心。對于青年教師而言,提高教學水平不僅是自身職業(yè)生涯的關鍵一步,也是師德修煉的一個重要環(huán)節(jié)。在醫(yī)藥類高職高專院校中,藥理學是一門十分重要的課程,是連接基礎醫(yī)學與臨床藥學之間的橋梁學科,對于學生綜合能力的提升以及未來就業(yè)都十分重要。但是這門課程知識體系復雜、知識點涵蓋量大,學生學習起來較為困難,對于青年教師而言,想要講好藥理課還需要不斷的修煉[1,2]。
1 醫(yī)藥高職高專院校青年教師的優(yōu)勢和不足
醫(yī)藥高職高專院校中的青年教師大都是國內(nèi)外醫(yī)學、藥學高等院校的碩士或博士,他們在其所研究領域都一般有較強的業(yè)務能力,而且思想活躍、學習能力強,有熱情、有親和力,這些都是其未來能夠成為一名合格教師的有利條件。……
