【摘 要】目的:比較不同采樣方法在檢測高校公共設施表面菌落總數的差異,從而尋找更適合于檢測不同表面質地的公共設施的采樣方法;方法:在某高校中隨機選取教室和宿舍門把手、餐廳內餐桌椅、圖書館圖書等公共設施和物品的表面, 分別應用涂抹法和貼斑法采集并檢測相同物體表面菌落總數,比較不同采樣方法的差異性;結果:對門把手等光滑物體表面菌落總數檢測分析,得出兩種采樣方法差異不顯著(P>0.05);而對圖書館圖書等非光滑物體表面的檢測,得出兩種采樣方法差異顯著(P<0.05),貼斑法的檢測結果明顯高于涂抹法;結論 不同表面質地的物體表面需要用不同的采樣方法,其中,非光滑物體表面需要采用貼斑法進行采樣,才能夠保證檢測結果的準確性。

【Abstract】Objective to compare the differences in the total number of bacterial colonies on the surface of public facilities in colleges and universities in order to find out the sampling method of public facilities more suitable for testing different surface textures;Method randomly selected in a university classroom and dormitory door handles,the eat desk and chair inside dining-room,library books and other public facilities and the surface of objects,respectively applied daub and post spot method to collect and detect the same surface total number of colonies,comparing the differences of different sampling methods;Results there was no significant difference between the two sampling methods(P BBB 0.05).On the surface of non-smooth surfaces such as library books,the difference between the two sampling methods is significant (P <0.05),and the detection result of the patch method is significantly higher than that of the daub method.Conclusion the surface of different surface texture needs different sampling methods,among which,the surface of non-smooth surface needs to be sampled by spot method,so as to ensure the accuracy of test results.

高校公共設施和公共用品表面的微生物污染情況反映了高校的衛生狀況,也是監測其消毒措施及消毒效果優劣的主要依據。評價物體表面微生物污染情況在各種醫療衛生領域有著廣泛應用,采樣方法的優劣直接影響到檢測結果[1]。物體表面微生物污染檢測的采樣方法通常分為涂抹法和斑貼法兩種。有關學校公共設施對這兩種采樣方法比較研究尚不多見,本研究嘗試采用貼斑法和涂抹法對待檢樣品進行采樣,分析不同采樣方法對公共設施表面檢測結果的影響,旨在為正確選擇采樣方法,提高檢測水平提供依據。
1 材料與方法
