【摘 要】目前,勝利海洋埕島油田進入了高含水開發期,根據埕島油田“十三五”規劃,需要重新確定中心平臺的分離器分水規模。針對中心二號平臺已建三相分離器,采用室內熱化學沉降試驗及現場分水試驗相結合的方法,確定了其合理的破乳劑投加濃度和分水量。在確定分離器的分水能力時,應根據室內熱化學沉降脫水試驗結果及現場情況綜合確定,通常室內試驗結果會明顯優于現場效果,對于勝利埕島及類似油品性質的油田,可按照理論分水量的0.5倍來確定分離器的分水量。

【Abstract】At present,Shengli Ocean Yudao Oilfield has entered a period of high water cut development.According to the “13th Five-Year Plan” of Yudao Oilfield,the scale of water separators at the central platform needs to be re-determined.A three-phase separator has been built for the center No.2 platform.Using a combination of indoor thermal chemical deposition test and on-site water separation test,a reasonable demulsifier dosage and water separation amount have been determined.When determining the water separation capacity of the separator,it should be comprehensively determined based on the indoor thermal chemical precipitation dewatering test results and site conditions.Generally,the indoor test results will be significantly better than the on-site effects.For the oil fields of Shengliji Island and similar oil products,the The theoretical division of water is 0.5 times to determine the separator's water split.

勝利埕島中心二號平臺于1998年建成投產,2010年對平臺原有的2臺三相分離器進行了更換。由于原油物性變化、原油乳化嚴重及分離溫度較低等原因,造成更換后的分離器現場實際分離效果與設計值存在一定的偏差。根據2017年埕島油田“十三五”地面工程規劃,埕島油田要實現大規模提液和提水質指標,因此,需要結合中心平臺已建分離器的實際分水能力,重新確定中心平臺的處理規模。本文主要針對中心二號平臺已建的三相分離器,開展理論、室內熱化學沉降試驗及現場分水試驗研究,以確定中心二號平臺分離器合理的分水量。
1 分離器流程及設計基礎數據
